Good point about posting Sailors for different feedback. Makes sense. Many of my Sailors are on the small end and post perfectly. Happy writing in Aug.
I’m loving the 743 as well and shockingly I prefer the hand feel versus my CH 912. I find it so funny that you like a falcon more than a Montblanc and I think you should sell me the latter… Dategokoro keeps popping up on my interested to ink list. I don’t think I fully understood what your assessment was. I found Monarca inks stained my converters so I cringed when you paired that one and I was also upset that you put shimmer in your sailor. My horizons are not so large.
Thank you! I purchased the Namiki Falcon secondhand, and the previous owner said that it was sold to her as a stub grind on the soft fine nib. It does feel more crisp than a stub to me though, like a fine CSI.
Your monthly reviews are so thorough and helpful.
Glad you like them!

Thank you for watching! I think that's why it's taken me so long to notice any difference. I typically post all of my Sailor pens.
That Oxford Blue is lovely. New to me.
Pilot Blue and Blue Black are great reliable affordable inks.
how fun, I always enjoy your currently inked
Glad you enjoy it!

Hi Kristen.
Lovely collection.
My favourite diamine inks are royal blue and ancient copper.
My grail pen is a montblanc 146
Stay safe
Very nice! Thanks for sharing!! You stay safe as well!
Interesting! I'll try the posted vs non on my Sailor to see if I notice anything!
Yes, please let me know if you notice a difference!
Will I get to see you at the S.F. Pen show? 😊
Yes, I will be there!
As usual you have a beautiful collection and great pairings. But I've never heard of a fine stub. Is that basically the same as a fine CSI?
