I'm starting to feel like record companies that are built under parent record companies are just not meant to last, especially the ones that are assembled around hiphop and r&b. They're a temporary situations that should be made the most out of while they last. They all have time limits. From Bad Boy, to The Roc, No Limit to The Unit...you name it. All these labels had similar patterns of their rise and ultimate end. Relationships end up turning sour with those who founded them, money issues with artists on the labels, friends become foes....
