I’m from Sydney, since 2006. You did great job, but few things to clarify. If someone from middle class or any class goes on Student visa in any of the above countries. The main thing to look after are wages during studies. The basic rate paid are much more higher than all the other countries, which help them for all the expenses, including fees & still they can do savings, which is quite difficult in other countries. Second thing is Safety & crime rate. Third but not the least ( as you already covered ) is Weather, Australian weather is similar to India, just opposite. All these points make Australia the first choice, if they want to settle down ( PR & Citizenship ).

Had you kept separate points for living expenses (accom +food) and mode/median tuition fees it would have given a bit more clarity.
