My suggestion is that you need to be more detailed about this film. Where was this filmed. How far does the film span throughout Baltimore. Identify the streets, railroads, and locations so that we can look it up in the hear and now.
Grayman Media ::: I totally agree! I’ve ridden some of these same styled cars at the Baltimore Street Car Museum. Even earlier in the Clio, I was wondering if what was shown has been a part of the Ma & Pa Railroad that ran a short distance through Catonsville.

15:20 That stretch looks like it's near Belvedere Ave, between Reisterstonw Rd & Wabash Ave. Those look like WM tracks in the middle.

Looks like a mix of Western Maryland RR, MD & PA (known as MA n PA RR) and Baltimore City Trolly /Street Cars. Wonderful Footage !
It is the Ma & Pa RR and it shows how the ROW twisted and turned
