I’m literally so glad that I seen you posted. I started taking the supplement that you said worked for you. I was taking it since February and then last month on April 15. I did not stop bleeding for entire month. I went online on a Facebook focus group that I’m a part of for people with polycystic ovary syndrome and apparently One lady said that she had to stop taking it because she realized it was causing the bleeding. I just finished since April 15. It has literally been close to a month. I am wondering if I should start taking it back now it did make me use the bathroom a lot but the thing is I have a supply of it that I over ordered, one thing I realize the difference between the inostiol and ovastitol I actually seen a menstrual with the ovastitol for seven days rather than the other ones so I am wondering if I should clear my body out and then go back to the other one since I seen a menstrual with that one

Idk if you went without a period for a while before starting the supplement but I know my first period after not seeing one for a while lasted for about two and a half weeks. Either way, I would discuss this with a doctor. Wishing you all the best 🫶🏽

Did you stop taking inositol? if yes why? because i saw your other video where you updated us on your 6 months with inositol and you said its going very well but now you're takin metformin

I realized after I posted the video that I should have said something about the inositol. I am still taking inositol as instructed by my doctor. I saw very little weight loss while on inositol and eventually I started putting on more weight than what I was losing. So I stopped seeing my periods again. My doctor told me that the inositol was still helping in other areas so I should continue using but she prescribed Metformin because I needed something stronger to help as well

@@anneliahyacinth1 were you on low sugar diet when you were on only inositol? Because I heard Inositol is best when followed by a healthy diet so maybe if not that what caused the weight gaining? 🤷🏻
