Hey found your channel a few days ago! I currently have pcos and my doctor has prescribed me metformin as well. I’ve slowly changed my diet and began exerting more. I decided to start taking the myo-dchiro inositol powder (the brand you showed in The video) i started taking it along with the metformin June 24th. Currently pcos and ttc… been trying for over a year now, so hopefully this does help! I’m excited to hear more updates from you months from now

I was talking today with americans from Orlando Florida and they said my accent is Bahamian but Ism actually Brazilian from RJ, Rio de Janeiro.

I’m literally so glad that I seen you posted. I started taking the supplement that you said worked for you. I was taking it since February and then last month on April 15. I did not stop bleeding for entire month. I went online on a Facebook focus group that I’m a part of for people with polycystic ovary syndrome and apparently One lady said that she had to stop taking it because she realized it was causing the bleeding. I just finished since April 15. It has literally been close to a month. I am wondering if I should start taking it back now it did make me use the bathroom a lot but the thing is I have a supply of it that I over ordered, one thing I realize the difference between the inostiol and ovastitol I actually seen a menstrual with the ovastitol for seven days rather than the other ones so I am wondering if I should clear my body out and then go back to the other one since I seen a menstrual with that one

I used take all of the supplements (inositol, omega 3, multivitamin) for a year, lost 20 pounds and then stopped it for about a year and gained all the 20 pounds back. Now I have restarted taking them again and its taking time to work. Since PCOS is a lifestyle disease, the key is to understand that these supplements probably need to be taken for your entire life.

I just want to say that the key is to not stop taking these supplements. I used tall of the supplements (inositol, omega 3) for a year, lost 20 pounds and then stopped it for about a year and gained all the 20 pounds back. Now I have restarted taking them again and its taking time to work. Since PCOS is a lifestyle disease, the key is to understand that these supplements probably need to be taken for your entire life.
