What I like about this channel is that your able to show all the interior and the exterior and also explains in detail the features of the house all under couple of min with great angles and good presentation unlike others who just simply talk and the tour is like 20 to 45 mins long. Keep it up my man.

@@BradMcCallum Exciting and slightly stressful at the same time. End of August is our targeted demolition of the existing property! You had that other video with the three bulb pendent lights from the 2nd floor that extends down into the foyer. I took that idea and ordered similar lights last week, thanks again!

Yes foreign investors can buy Canadian real estate! The price includes tax, and their are no foreign buyer limitations in Calgary - so the purchase is not subject to additional fees or taxes. The only additional costs is the lawyer fee - usually $1000 to handle the transfer of monies, titles, etc.

You've commented on a few videos now regarding prices. I get that it might not be what you'd pay - you're understanding of market values seem to be way off. This home sold for close to our asking price.
