Navigating health, wellbeing, and social support services can be challenging for people. The Service Directory aims to help:
Reduce the burden of finding local health and social support services
Assist GPs and other primary health care workers link patients and clients to the health and social support services they need
Empower people to take the lead to find information on health and social support services close to where they live, and
Create webs of reciprocal support between providers.
