@KayleeEllenOfficial The mystery plant in the beginning looks very similar to a common species here in the US, called SMILAX, particularly S. bona-nox. This genus reproduces by runners or rhizomes, but also through male and female flowers.
When I first saw them in the wild, they do look almost like syngonium, and I would love to have one indoors.

The anthurium could well be “Red Beauty”. I got one from Indonesia sold as chamberlainii, but chamberlainii isn’t in cultivation apparently, and what gets sold as them (and often as moodeanum) is a hybrid called Red Beauty. I’ve also read they’re an andreanum hybrid which would be mind blowing given the size of them!

There are 3 types of variegated Homalomena Rubescens:
(These are common names we give here in the Philippines)
    1. Thai Cons (because it has splash variegation and looks like a Monstera Thai Constellation) It has an occasional sectoral variegation but not so much.
That’s what you have right there. It will have pink and white variegation.
    2. Aurea. It has a yellow variegation. It’s the same with the monstera Aurea from green to yellow.
    3. Lastly, the Tricolor. My favorite. It usually comes very sectoral. The variegations come pink when new until it comes cream and eventually becomes white.

And I love Monstera deliciosa 'Brazil common form'! To me the leaves look a lot more lumpy and clumsy in comparison to the normal M. deliciosa and M.borsigiana. And later on the inner fenestration is a little different, too. I'm pretty sure there is a market for this little fuzzy guy! Kaylee can you recommend a plant shop in Lancashire? I've exhausted the ones closest to Preston, looking for somewhere fresh that might have more unusual plants. Been hunting for the mystery plant and it could be a syngonium lance leaf vine that has been growing wrapped around the pot? It's a similar shape and the terrarium grown plants appear lighter green like yours?

That first unknown plant looks VERY similar to a vining plant that grows all over in Florida !!!! I have no idea what it was but I loved it, & I forgot to snag a cutting from my grandparents back yard, damn!

The syngnium looking plant does remind me of some kind of piper atleast from looking at the way the vine is grown

The first one known as syngonium wendlandii here in Indonesia, they are gorgeous as hanging plants and have a unique growth pattern, they will aourt out like many long stems along with several nodes…and will produce several cute leaves at the same time.. And that dark boi is indeed sold as Anthurium Chamberlainii here. If you dig deeper into Homalomena, you will be surprised with the variety of species, loads of patterns, weird forms, and many more, gorgeous plants they are.

Hi. Can you tell me what temperatures are needed for alocasia plants over the winter, indoors. Would the temperature need to be constantly maintained 24/7, will the plants go dormant if the temperature drops during periods of the day. This is the first year and winter that I've kept these plants.

Syngonium wenlendii does loose the white veining but develops cute lobes(hope that's the rt term). Mine is a 3 lobed ones, with very little white on the centre lobe only. The look alike is rayii, that keeps the veining as it's more of a crawler than climber, unlike the wenlendii.

The first unknown is likely an Aristolochia sp. Get it to flower and we can get a better ID. It would also help to know the region it came from. If the roots are not tuberous, it's not a Dioscorea.

The Honalomena Variegated can revert and is more like an Alocasia variegated in behaviour. Just keep that in mind if youre gonna spend for it.
