    I suppose you should slow down while explaining everything ..... everyone will watch a 10min video instead of 5min if you make the place look more indispensable but we can also understand that there was nothing much to view in this apartment. I will also say that you show the confidence which influences people to once a while have a desire to own these luxury !! That’s absolutely great!

    I live in the US and will be visiting Mumbai this June. I was looking to rent an Airbnb, and was surprised-- actually fairly shocked-- to find out that unmarried couples rooming together is frowned upon - actually not allowed-- in most of these places. Just curious, is this the case for renting an apartment together too? Is that not allowed, say, in the Oberoi Esquire?

      Roaming around is allowed n not frowned upon.. but getting a flat on rent would get difficult with ur partner.. it depends on the owner.. most owners avoid giving to single person too.. most preferred is married or one with family.. single people create chaos.. party in the flat.. mishaps happen.. owners are blamed by society so they avoid

    Why is there half information in your videos, what abt the bedroom sizes or every room sizes, in such apartments they have separate entries for maids and diff rooms along rwith dry area why all that was nor covered?
    You should really work on giving more details and also rather than focusing on the rooms fittings from bottom to top rather give a steady complete view.

    If a non Indian Hindu makes or developed or made a flat or home then it is useless to myself and all other Indian Hindus. As non Indian Hindus are different and Hindus prefer there homes made by Indian Hindus only. Unless out of India where it doesn’t really matter.

      @@indo_cad8877 get ti reality the Indian Hindus prefer Indian Hindu homes many by Hindus. Building and homes are sacred to Hindus and they prefer Hindu made homes. As one of my oldest fraternity’s is building the hindus do not need premission or to link themselves to anyone to become builders and make homes. The hindus eliminated the non hindus trying to link non Hindus to validate them. The scam ended and the hindus set themselves free whilst the non hindus seem to all be possessed with evil spirits and so the hindus will take the greater position and push the non hindus back down as they don’t really understand the tao and dao of the Hindu made universe. 🏡🤴🏽⚡️🤴🏽🕉🔺➕

    Why are the prices inflated so much? The builder sold 4bhk for 7.5 cr all inclusive with the taxes and 1.5 year maintenance and society formation charges too. Thats 1850 sq feet approx. This 3bhk at 8 cr! You gotta be kidding 😂 last i checked real estate prices in mumbai have been stagnant since 2012.

      Seems like you are not from Bombay.
      Oberoi specifically in goregoan and Borivali have high rates. Compared to other projects. A project name victory in kandivali has rate of 32500 which is under construction with only 30% construction done.
