  • Learn how to double leg takedown after you lift your opponent up in the air and deliver them straight into a pin.     I am unsure I am understanding how you can pick them up so easily without straining back muscles. How do you time this takedown and use momentum? Thanks

      This variation would work better later in the bout when your opponent will be tiered and his posture will be compromised. Standing slightly higher up with his chest. So it would be easier to get to his legs and hips. But like every double leg takedown, or like most takedowns in wrestling they do require you to use your hips and lower back and core muscles.
