This ult feels so good when YOU are the Ramattra but man does it suck when you arent. Yesterday I had the ult up for almost a solid minute because people weren't able to LOS it, and I can only imagine how horrible that felt for the other team to deal with...because I've been there.
I think one way they could fix his ult by not removing the infinite duration is that when ever you start to block the timer starts to slowly go down so you can just sit there forever and do damage forever
I think that they could keep the infinite duration but when u block the cooldown goes down so u can't infinite let while blocking so u have to be aggressive

Easy nerf to his power level with his ult MAYBE increase it to 4 seconds BUT make it so as the timer decreases so does the size of the ult. It would mean escaping the ult is easier, but ramattra would still have the capability to chase you down if you run

Guys, the infinite duration shouldn’t be your main worry about Ramattra. It does minuscule damage, and instead of worrying about how long it can go on for, we should be more focused on how fast he gets it and how big the AOE is. Currently Ramattra gets his ult wayyy too fast, and it’d be easier to space oneself outside of his ult if the radius of his ult was reduced by 1 meter. Not both of these things have to happen at the same time, but I feel like these are way healthier than nerfing his duration. Keep the “strong” duration but make it hard to get, or make it so he has to commit to chasing people down
not just you, ive only played him a handful of times, but most time the enemy team would just blow me up. unlike the enemy ramattra who just strolls in and walks over my whole team

In fairness 1 Winston can cancel the ultimate with a press of a button so even though it lasts "forever" along with 75% damage reduction from the front, it's cencelable pretty easy as shields block it and most characters just speed on out of it. (Though in honesty any sheild can cancel it..) really you just have to know how to counter it *cough* Ana or any tank with a shield is one of the easiest counters *cough* it's really just a game of, "do you really know what you're doing, take this quiz!". All in all it doesn't need a nerf, Blizzard should just focus on the bigger issues right now. [This is all opinion and my own take on it]

Especially on escort maps at the very end going into Overtime, you simply can't leave the payload to break sight sometimes, and in those scenarios Ramattra is absolutely what I'd consider to be broken. A properly timed Ramattra ult where everyone avoids it is 3 uninterupted seconds of progress, probably more since retreating takes time. This can get you through important chokes and common failure points without much resistance. If there was a definitive limit, this would be less of an issue. As it is I find myself shattering Ramattra ults and then shielding them to end them early, because otherwise I have to give up too much since the ult will never end.

To be fair, at the moment of his release Rammatra did not have a speed boost while in his swole form. It was way easier to disengage.

As much of a Ramatta main/lover I am, this ult has won me so many fucki g team.fights I hate it. Nano'd ram is.just fucking wild, up on the level of nano'd genji imo. Glad its getting nerfed ngl, sometomes I feel like I cheese fights cause I just go "Ult, oh shit triple! Oh shit quad! Oh shir mercy or lucio tryna heal the tank is gomma get taxed eith a few punche- Oh theyre dead! Team kill NICE!"

Ults are just like regular ability’s to these guys they just use it whenever even if they won’t get a kill

Why does no one talk about zen + ramattra ult?? Basically 6 seconds of an immortal portable death sphere. I have won so many games and have got so many potg that imo, makes zenyatta better just because ramattra exists.
