- In this video I give a full in depth tour of the 2001 Ford Excursion V10 Limited. I take viewers on a close look through the interior and exterior of this suv while showing details, over viewing of features, and noting unique styling cues to the vehicle itself. I also show the engine and the details of it, start it up and see how it sounds under acceleration. A thorough tour/review of this suv designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.
Chevy Suburban: I'm the biggest thing around.
I’ll bet that V10 beast passes everything but the gas station.
This reminds me of my childhood because my mom owned this car for about 8 years before getting a Yukon XL. This is the reason I love big cars
Instead of saying, "This vehicle has been fitted with aftermarket wheels." You need to say, "This bitch be blingin with some 22s."
Excursions are big strong trucks and great for big families and pets to use for just about anything. They can be used to haul well over 10,000 lbs. and I personally like the 7.3 or 6.8 engines, enough power to get the job done and reliable. 3/4 and 1 ton Suburbans compare, but I'm experienced with working on Fords and the 99-04 Super Duty platform is what I am loyal to. As a conscience environmentalist, owning one of these seems conflicting, but it's utilitarian uses outweigh the 12 mpg , and also being safe in 8000 lbs + if the family and I were to get into an accident with another vehicle. 4 people, 4 dogs, camper, canoe, etc...you name it the Excursion can do it.
Ugh the wheels look like crap, who did so many narcotics in one night that they made a split second decision to ruin a perfectly good Excursion
I love the ford excursions it's like a Ford Expedition and an f250 had a baby lmao
Driving this car with those rims is an embarrassment.
I drive a 2000 model F250 with the Triton V10 and a simple exhaust and intake upgrade boosts your power to just over 380hp. The truck's exhaust and intake were really holding back it's potential.
The wheels ruin this truck
Kyle, how do you tolerate the negative comments.? Your vids are always interesting, totally positive and I think, honest. Well done. keep up the good work. by the way, if I lived in the States I would have an Excursion.
Man I wish Ford still made these. They're freakin enormous!
The Excursion is basically a F-250 with a third seat and a bed cover!
Hey Ford, bring the Excursion back! I liked when we could get an SUV with a diesel.
Only 8 grand for that? I would've bought it in a heartbeat!
gotta love that tailgate design, i loved it on the chevy astro and i especially love it on the excursion
Wow, Kyle, Ford’s 6.8-liter V10 sounds unbelievably amazing!
