Nice video. Respectfully, it looks like the spear penetrated the fish, but your flopper didn't engage. Try flaring the end of your flopper.

Thanks for the advice. I used to do that but one day about 10 years ago this eel grabbed it and I was stuck to the bottom. Totally freaked me out. I don't stay in the water long so I don't take out my floater.
Dropping down before taking your shot can reduce the movement of the gun when you aim at the fish and yea don’t put fish on your stringer especially because of eels and sharks

Dont regret taking that shot bro you it wasn't your fault it tore of, make sure you always dive with someone tho you never know what can happen even in shallow water.
Great advice however in fact it was his fault by using the shooting line as a stringer, can't deny that spot is awesome, I wish I had something nearly similar to that.
