I never read the books but it seems like several people said in these comments that it says in the books that geralt is still alive hunting monsters 100 years after the ending of the main story of the books and his supposed “death” so it seems like witchers still live for several hundred years, all that the author did in the book was give a confirmation for geralts age when he was stabbed by that kid, so he still age’s incredibly slowly like we always thought

I've got no prob with Ciri, I have a massive problem believing she goes through the Trial of the Grasses... Bullshite is what that is.
Huh.. I always Thought Geralt was 90-100 or so. Witcher age slowly right? So he just ages normally now? Hmm.. I kinda prefer the 100. And the idea that he would be alive another 100 unless killed in battle because we know "No Witcher ever died in his own bed."
Notice, a new book.. The Witcher.. who is the main character? Geralt. Of course. Why?? Because people love Geralt. People love The Witcher because of Geralt.
I'm tired of people saying that Ciri is the protagonist.
Yeah the origins of the witcher is really underwhelming in mr sapkowsky’s version in my opinion just personal taste
Впертість Сапковського? Ви з України, пане?
Is it translated into english yet and if not does anyone have any idea when it will be?
There is almost no information about translations. But we know that version on English must be release during 2025
I really don’t like this bitter sad old man, making a book for a buck pathetic
i mean he's grumpy and mean af but he does make good books
You forget he made one of the worst business deals ever when selling the rights for a one time payment and not part of the winnings. Cant blame him for being bitter about losing millions. Plus he has apparently adopted part of the games canon, so there s now a chance they can fix their relationship in the future, though very slim.
He deserves those book earnings
Atleast he finished his main work unlike another old dude (Looking at you G.R.R Martin)
@@janekmundt579 In a recent interview, he actually said some kind warms about the games, so I believe his approach has changed a bit
@@janekmundt579 alright yeah, in that sense I can see why his so upset and bitter
At this point it's hard to give a fuck about either CDPR or Sapkowski's writing skills
The only good thing out of this is Geralt is much closer in age to Triss
Geralt's true age is near 90 Vesemir said so in TW3 Sapkowski doesn't own canon anymore **he sold it** so he's secondary canon now **at best**
XD
yeah the original author makes fanfics. what drugs are you on man
@KuziemekK its called he sold the rights
@@TerreneitorX-w2b based on your logic, netflix witcher is canon too
@KuziemekK nah another fanfic
I got into this franchise with TW1 and CDPR itself on whose back this franchise grew is the real canon for me not the guy who tried to ruin the franchise after he sold it
At this point im excited about CDPR's Witcher more, than Sapkowski's Witcher :D
im interestednin a book breakdown
its in polish bot english I heard not released yet..
yes
