This guy looks great. Everything works perfect (yes even the "high water" pants) and looks professional and clean. Part of all of this is that you have to own it. Remember: you make the clothes, not the other way around.
Great looks and very versatile for the minimalist.

this is very common. hopefully they can experiment with colors to give us more ideas.
Good advice and looks for when you are limited to the amount of clothes you are able to take on your travel.
However, if the suit is made of worsted wool, I think looks 1 and 4 (especially 4) should only be attempted when you really are travelling light. If the suit was made of a 'rougher' material e.g. flannel, tweed, linen, cotton, cashmere etc then the jacket would be fine when matched with jeans.

***** I'm not sure what country this model is from, but he's pretty fit and still looks ridiculous. Suit pants need some sort of break (low, mid, high). If you're considering going no break, pump the brakes. A stylish man's socks only show when he's sitting down. Speaking of which, socks are a must! Anyone who has ever taken off a leather shoe after a day of not wearing socks will attest, as will those that were within a 20ft radius, it's a bad idea.
+Adam Ray I totally disagree about pant length. It's all a matter of taste. Perhaps it's just too modern for you. I don't think a break is needed, although I think that it's fine if you want to go that route. If this guy were wearing socks, they'd be exposed a bit in the standing position. Actually, when you think about it, the no break, hemmed/cuffed look makes a lot symmetrical sense because it is comparable to the proper jacket length in relation to the arm. It makes sense that some ankle be exposed, just as it makes sense that some shirt cuff be exposed beyond the jacket cuff. Again, no hard rules here, but In my humble opinion there's more visual poetry in the no break look.

Jaime Le Bleu I agree with you to some extend, I personally like a slight break. Sitting right above the shoe is fine in the summer. What I am pointing on is the two or more inches above the shoe... THAT looks like a child going to the beach as "One Smile At A Time" said.

Never,EVER wear shoes without socks! It looks absolutely ridiculous and your feet will sweat really fast and the last thing you want (especially in a conversation with a woman) are sweaty feet!
I agree. They do make socks you can't see. I have a few pairs. They just cover your toes and the bottom of your feet pretty much. You can wear those for that "no socks" look.
