i’m so serious when i say that this is one of the best game series i’ve ever played like the murder mysteries are the absolute best it’s funny it’s deep it’s entertaining there’s puzzles i love it so much

This is just the release trailer used for advertisement. There's a gameplay trailer too, but to explain it real quick you investigate like in Ace Attorney game & later get to explore people their dreams. You can run around in the dream world and interact with objects to gather clues
What's even more crazy is they got Uchi back for this... Even though he and many other high profile directors left Spike to assemble TooKyoGames just a few years ago.

I should be totally fine. There is a toggle that removes spoilers for the first game right at the start. But it's still very much advised to play that one first since it uses a lot of the same characters. And it's currently on game pass and is on sale for 80% on steam.
I’d recommend playing the first one first tho just so you are already familiar with the characters that reappear in this one. The first one should also be on sale on the eshop too.

The artist behind those characters is Yuzuke Kozaki! The Fire Emblem artist! He's fantastic!!!
