Listening to this again in 2021. Like most of us here, I found this in Middle School. I believe around that time, my goth side had been introduced. I found the original song just moments ago. Wow. The slower pace and beat sounds soooooooo dark and the singers voice is haunting (to me). I gotta get used to that now instead of the “girls” voice.
