Would the BlackTop Bully Vs Dustin Rhodes Uncensored 1995 match would have been a million times better if they just had a buckhouse brawl like Dustin did with Buckhouse Buck in there match here in Spring Stampede 1994?
@@WeAreProWrestling I agree with you on that and plus despite the King of the road match sucking will give Barry Dawson AKA Blacktop Bully and Dustin Rhodes Credit that were having fun during the match. They tired to make this bad match work. To me If Dustin and Barry did have a buckhouse brawl match in WCW Uncensored 1995 I think Dustin would still bleed in the match like he did in the King of the road match
@@kylekrueger5368 Apparently the unedited King of the Road Match was better than what aired; however they had to edit it because of the bleeding. Regardless, it should have been a Bunkhouse Match or maybe even a Bullrope Match.

WCW Spring Stampede 1994 is a classic show. It's one of WCW's greatest PPVs. DDP vs Johnny B Badd is a good match. They would have way better matches later on in their underrated rivalry. Lord Steven Regal vs Brian Pillman is a solid match. Cactus Jack and Maxx Payne vs The Nasty Boys is a fantastic match. It's one of best tag team matches in WCW's history. Steve Austin vs The Great Muta is an ok match. Sting vs Rick Rude is a very good match. Dustin Rhodes vs Bunkhouse Buck is a great match. It's one of Dustin/Goldust best matches ever. Vader vs The Boss is an awesome match. Vader and The Big Bossman never had a bad match with each other. Ric Flair vs Ricky Steamboat is a classic match. Next to their legendary 1989 trilogy of matches, it's the best match these two ever had with each other. The Ric Flair and Ricky Steamboat feud is in ring quality done right.
Since Logan Paul is wrestling now, let’s imagine something here: what if Danny Bonaduce decided to wrestle after this match? Would he have been good at it? I mean, regarding real life stuff, he’s already a hateable man, so what do you think, James?
For me, this was the last great WCW PPV before Hogan and all of his chronies entered WCW in spring/early summer 1994. This show had everything you could want out of WCW at the time, and also the last great match between Flair and Steamboat on a PPV. Whats also amazing is how many of the old guard of WCW would be out of the company within the span of a few months, with the likes of Rick Rude, Ricky Steamboat, 2 Cold Scorpio, Ron Simmons, Cactus Jack, Maxx Payne, and a few others.
Questions Why didn't muta do his green mist 2. Should ray Traylor kept the boss character 3. Should wwf just back off and let him be the boss 4. What did you think of nick bockwinkel as commissioner me i hated it
1. Not needed here 2 & 3. Ray should have gone back to the Big Bubba name 4. He was alright; but there have been way better & way worse authority figures in history
Question for you: 1). What if Sid and Arn Anderson fight didn't happen and Sid have Won the WCW World Title do you think WCW would have built Sid vs Hulk Hogan for the World Title at Bash at the Beach 94? 2). Why WCW's PPV Buys weren't that high pre Hogan Era? 3). Which WCW Wrestler had drew the Average Highest Attendance both House Show and Live Show as WCW World Heavyweight Champion between(Goldberg, Hogan, Sting, Flair, Vader, Kevin Nash and others)?
If we have to count that Sting and Ric Flair are the only Wrestler that Won all the WCW Title and could be considered as the Grand Slam Champion in WCW. Winning World Title, Mid-Card Title, Tag Title, Television Title and Completed the Grand Slam Title Course even though WCW would never consider Grand Slam Champion. What are your thoughts?
There were way more wrestlers to hold the WCW Grand Slam WCW Grand Slam Winners(World, US, TV, & Tag; NWA counts in there as well if it was JCP/Mid Atlantic): Ric Flair, Sting, Lex Luger, Booker T, Scott Steiner, Chris Benoit, Diamond Dallas Page, Barry Windham, Ricky Steamboat, Dusty Rhodes
I'll be honest with ya, this PPV was really good. You mentioned that how WCW was able to get away with "The Boss" gimmick was surprising, it surprised me also but be that as it may. I think Ric Flair vs Steamboat here in 94 is one of those forgotten matches in wrestling just because of what they did in 89 with their 3 match trilogy and rightfully so. My only complaint was the finish to the Sting/Rick Rude match, three words: Weakest. Chairshot. Ever. It could have ended with a better finish in my opinion.
Four questions for you this week. 1. Do you think that the NWA world title was bigger than the wwwf title in 79 ? 2. What is in your opinion the first important match in wrestling history ? 3. Do you think Ricky dragon steamboat should have held the wwf title ? 4. And what is one match on this show you would remove from it ?

It would have been a better match
But King Of The Road gave us the Goldust character

Hmmm, based on DDP's statistics, I guess you could call him, Mr. Spring Stampede.
I guess you could call him that
He also had the 1st & last matches in Spring Stampede history
Since Logan Paul is wrestling now, let’s imagine something here: what if Danny Bonaduce decided to wrestle after this match? Would he have been good at it? I mean, regarding real life stuff, he’s already a hateable man, so what do you think, James?
Wouldn't have worked at all
What do you think of the WCW Championship belt used from 1991-1994?
Better design than I initially thought
But Big Gold is still better
good video
I actually liked the global WCW title more than than the big gold belt
The 91-94 design has grown on me over the years
But to me, the Big Gold was always better

This & Slamboree 1994 were both great shows before Hogan came in; covering that one come May
@@WeAreProWrestlinglooking forward to it!

Yeah but I only saw nick bockwinkel as a wrestler not a commissioner
@@arthurjones3670 His run didn't last long either; early 1994-Summer of 1995, though was still mentioned as Commissioner as late as November 1995

1. Maybe
2. Because not only was WCW a distant #2 to the WWF at this point, but wrestling in general was on a downturn in popularity
3. Hogan

Doesn't matter if it was the 70s, the 80s, or the 90s, Flair/Steamboat always delivered
Just 1 question:
Out of the 5 spring stampede ppvs that WCW produced where would you rank the '94 stampede?
Depending on the day it's either 1 or 2
1999 is the other one in consideration for the 1 or 2 spot

Who is Ric Flair's Greatest Rivalry between(Steamboat, Hogan, Sting)?
Ricky Steamboat
The longest feud & produced the best matches
