Oh no, that performance was out longer than 2019. You might not know but there was an old wish bus channel that got taken down by youtube. So most of their stuff are re-uploaded when they can upload again
I think this video was from 2017. Possibly 2016. It was about a year before she was on The Singer. By the way, when KZ got into a time crunch on one episode of The Singer, the guitarist here (Makoy Portado) flew into Shanghai on less than 24 hours notice and they worked out a stunning arrangement of Say Something in just a few hours. It's well worth seeing. There's a video out there where a couple of reactors interviewed Makoy about how it all transpired.
