You are forgetting one of the big details about Yellow. She can only use her powers at the expense of HUGE exhaustion. It's why she will fall asleep at random moments in the Manga. (like if you want Dobbs to get his Manga right)
Jack White another detail is that yellow is not a battler. She is a pacifist with below to regular average fighting ability on a normal day. However that is not the case when you motivate her to fight which is when her Pokémon unleashed their restricted full potential that he refers to.
I grew up thinking of Pokémon as vanilla and wholesome. The manga seems pretty raw and messed up with pokémon getting killed regularly, Gym leaders being Team Rocket's allies and Lance trying to exterminate humanity when he was suppossed to be the role model. I don't think I would enjoy it.

The lavender town thing isn't entirely false. The music contained things called binural frequencies that can effect the brainwaves. Not to nearly as extreme as some say, but they can definitely have some effects. I often experience minor headaches and paranoia when listening to that lavender town tune, as well as other sounds that contain binural frequencies. It doesn't effect everyone, and again, it's NOT AS EXTREME AS THE LEGENDS SAY.
Back when this was a fairly popular creepypasta I remember getting slight headaches and paranoia from hearing it. 6 years later I feel nothing of the sort. Maybe the bit about affecting younger demographics isn't entirely false.
I remember being 6 or 7 when I first played it and always tried to get away from Lavender asap because the music made me anxious. Had to heal? Go to the PK Center as quickly as I could. Need to cross it to another route? Quickly. I was stupid to not use my bike so I could avoid it entirely. Didn't experience nausea, but the uncomfortable feeling was there from when I was a little kid

Omg I just rewatched the video and realized something. The whole humans and pokemon being indestiguishable from one another might be a reference to the real-world theory of evolution.... In the pokemon world, Infernape evolves into a human that's why it doesn't have a mega evolution yet XD
I'm so happy the manga is being recognized more, as it's such a realistic and multidimensional portrayal of Pokemon. My favorite aspect of it is definitely how Kusaka invests in characterization and the individuality of the main characters. The manga excels in making its characters seem like 'real' humans with real problems, rather than being portrayed as infallible 11-16 year olds. For example with the male protagonists (barring rival counterparts), the only male who really fits the archetype of "Hero" - fearless, bold, strong - is Red, the protag of the very first arc. Throughout the following arcs the heroes have been anything but the alpha male: we have a hustler, a loveable idiot, a reckless dreamer, an impulsive "narcissist", a food-obsessed empath, a sociopath(?), a depressed loner. Note that these are surface descriptions and you'll come to find, upon reading the arcs, that each character has a different motivation and backstory that requires deeper analysis than the arbitrary ones I mentioned above. Characterization is and will probably always be the aspect of Pokespe I most appreciate, because no main character is truly like another/is a shadow of someone else. Damn I really love this manga based on the length of this post oops
Listen to this crazy shit... what if in gen 8, we get... dual type moves. With so much emphasis on moves and z moves in gen 7, and hawluchas signature move being both fighting and flying, there's some potential on new moves with two types (ex; poison whip [grass/poison], glacier(?) [water/ice]) or even fuse some moves together like ice beam or thunderbolt (ice bolt). It's a super interesting concept that can really change the competitive scene with moves that could be "mega effective" or "super ineffective" or will do neutral damage if one type of the move is a resistance and the other is a weakness to the opposing Pokémon. Another big change that we could see is more Pokémon fusion or Pokémon subspecies. Not just legendaries, but common Pokémon like say quagsire or medicham. Mixing designs and typing a would be super cool and interesting, along with subspecies. There is so much fanart of Pokémon with different characteristics based on where they live/or their diet. This isn't too far from being true either, other Pokémon in game/anime do have other forms. The flabebe line, furfrou, oricorio, minor, and alolan forms. They are all the way they are by what they eat, where they live, and in furfrou's case how they can be designed. Like alolan forms, they could bring new typings we've never seen before and give life to otherwise overlooked Pokémon.
I would love to see more dual type moves. Also some sub breed of Pokémon. For example, breeding 2 Pokémon of the same species will get traits of the father but is actually more like the mother. This is sort of like alolan forms

My favorite thing about Pokemon Adventures is the main character's teams. Other then just having generic Pokemon like a FIRE WATER GRASS mixture, a bird, and some storyline Pokemon, they have unique teams. For example, Silver has 3 water types, the Red Gyarados, Kingdra, Feraligatr. But they still fit into the plot, using them for the 3 water moves Surf, Waterfall and Whirlpool.

I reeeeeally hate to be the guy pointing this out, but the “beta/prerelease” Lavender Town theme is a fan-made remix. It emulates the GB sound font pretty well, but it makes some mistakes, such as using more wave channels than the GB actually had.
Guyz, do you think it’s weird that humans in the pokeverse are so high in the “pokemon hierarchy” that they can capture pokemon that can manipulate reality itself. I mean the reason why humans in our world are on top of the food chain is because we have the “brain power”. But in the pokeverse, there are countless of pokemon that definitely outsmart and outpower the humans (BTW brilliant English😬)
Kinda cool that Clefairy might've been the mascot of pokemon, and it's already gotten it's own very spooky knockoff and it was the main star in a KoroKoro manga.

I reeeeeally hate to be the guy pointing this out, but the “beta/prerelease” Lavender Town theme is a fan-made remix. It emulates the GB sound font pretty well, but it makes some mistakes, such as using more wave channels than the GB actually had.

Guyz, do you think it’s weird that humans in the pokeverse are so high in the “pokemon hierarchy” that they can capture pokemon that can manipulate reality itself. I mean the reason why humans in our world are on top of the food chain is because we have the “brain power”. But in the pokeverse, there are countless of pokemon that definitely outsmart and outpower the humans
