Not too mention that a nurse joy tamed a oversized Magikarp that transformed into a colossal Titan class gyarados to protect her when she was in danger. Plus there is the fact that she could control like it was nothing. This gyarados was shown to be very fond of her by nuzzling her and showing affection and cared about her deeply.

It's a methodology that originated from Japan, that speaks about how to organise a workplace for maximum efficiency. They are: Seiri (Sort), Seiton (Set in order), Seisō (Shine), Seiketsu (Standardize), and Shitsuke (Sustain). There is another S (Safety) that has been to this 5S model, unofficially by certain companies and organisations. It may not be a direct reference to it, and maybe I'm reading into it a little, but it's cool that a small comparison can be made from actual workplace standards followed in Japan, to an obscure episode in the significantly VAST Pokémon Anime. Just thought I'd share 🤷🏻♂️
Heh im actually replaying Pokémon conquest right now. Ive gotten past the first story and some of the others but never completed them all. So im hoping that this will be the time that i dont rage reset the entire game.

Its a big commitment to the game It feels like an extra 50 hours into the game just beating all of the main warlord stories and then going back to evolve them. And I still go back to it to just replay some of the stories. But i still consider it one of my best achievements to have every story unlocked even the event ones.
I have never been that crazy to unlock the ability to play as Rayquaza Nobunaga or Rank 3 MC because well...haven't really completed all the main warlord stories (and yes that is how you unlock the story where you and Nobunaga work together, Arceus and Rayquaza.

They replaced him in Yellow, and apparently in every subsequent remakes since he was too powerful. And what makes him so powerful is that you have no Fighting Type Move or Pokemon (Mankey is in Red only and found after Mt Moon and Nidoran learns Double Kick extra late.
Youngster Tristan from Alola is pretty impressive little guy, he is basically a random NPC that became strong enough to defeat the Elite 4 and be able to challenge the Alolan champion in basically the same time as you as it took you to become champion, and he is probably around 6 years old. Also there is a little girl in Battle Frontier in Diamond/Pearl BD/SP. She is the one giving her grandmother a Sludge Bomb TM near the counter. Not only is that TM quite expensive (which implies she wins a lot) there is also an NPC in that area that will remark how that little girl is a "terror in battle".
I love that you gave Pokemon Conquest some attention, it's my favourite game to go back to because of its amazing characters and challenging story! But when you brought up the number of Trainers that has Legendary Pokemon, I immediately thought of... what the heck is his name? Battle 100 of Mt. Battle in Pokemon Colosseum and XD. There are two Trainers, depending if you're playing Colosseum or XD, but they are both insanely tough hahah
I just happened to finish Pokemon Conquest, so here is my opinion (which Dobbs won't see) about Nobunaga: The mechanics in Pokemon Conquest make it so you gather diferent 'trainers' across the story to join your army and you chose up to 6 of them to battle against other armies, and each trainer can use only one pokemon per battle, so even if Nobunaga has stacked Pokémons, only uses one per battle (btw, in the final battle, you face rayquaza, infernape, lapras, agron, lucario and mismagius). Does not change the fact that he was a great leader who conquered half of the Ransei region before the player even started the story and looking at just the pokemons he has across the stories, he could be considered an Elite 4/Champion level, if given the right coverages.
I am gonna need to admit, the scene of that Chansey editted into Machamp punching a trainer is so much selling it that it becomes the two featured things after the mandatory Dobbs title.
I've been re-watching the Pokemon anime and in season 4 episode 173 a random kid has a Alakazam that used the moves Zap Cannon, Psychic, Headbutt, Dynamic Punch, Double Team, Teleport and Hyper Beam all in the same battle. I'd say that trainer is one of the best since he got his pokemon to learn 7 moves.
The strongest canon pokemon in the anime is actually alder's boufallant. Why? Drake's dragonite is supposidly the strongest pokemon because it has used the most moves in a single battle, but it was defeated by Ash's Pikachu. Pikachu lost to Trip's Snivy, and the same Snivy after 2 evolutions and a ridiculous power up got completely destroyed by Alder's Boufallant. Boufallant is also one of a few pokemon to be, to our knowledge, undefeated

I believe the reason trainers “own” legendary Pokémon is because they managed to capture them, but because of being a legendary it snapped the pokeball in half. The person that caught them has that legendaries service now until the legendary doesn’t want to help them anymore.
For #2, the reason for that is to reuse Item cards like Hypnotoxic Laser that automatically Poisons your opponent's active Pokemon, the one who is attacking. And can be used using VS Seeker, an item card that picks up a Supporter from the discard to your hand. So you can use it whenever you feel like it. That eliminates one of the win conditions in the card game: having your opponent ran out of cards in the deck.
Well Ash in Pokemon journeys is extremely strong. I don't know whether it is surprising or not. HUGE SPOILER ALERT!!! If you are updated about journeys series, scroll down to last 2 passages. This is the only time 4 out of his 6 mons can be contender for being his ace. 1. Pikachu ( Pikachu is broken in from kalos league to till this date) 2. Lucario ( it is lucario. And it is arguably his ace in journeys) 3. Dragonite( it is dragonite. And oh my god, Ash's dragonite is extremely strong) 4. Sirfetchd ( underated opinion: it has stronger bond than greninja or lucario because of it's characteristic of being extremely loyal to it's owner. It is early to judge thou) 5. Gengar( it got extremely low screentime . But it still have huge potential) 6. Dracovish ( ULALALAAA) 7. His old mons are returning as promotion material of sinnoh remakes. And infernape is confirmed . And there is possibility of getting permanent spot as he has no fire type. It is rare case thou And all these are only during the halfway of the series. and HE IS ALREADY IN TOP 99 OF THE WORLD CORONATION SERIES. He won't get much development in project mew Arc, as it is goh's exclusive arc. Hatsoff to creators for learning from their gen 5 mistakes and journeys, as a series, I doubt it becoming best. Because of goh being gen 1 ash. But that is understandable. Still it lags journeys as a series.
Maybe Pryce plays by game rules in his universe like us. If we level up a pokemon enough, we can win against anything. Like the guy who won against the elite 4 with 1 magikarp. Everybody has accidently knocked out a legendary/mythical by mistake with a normal pokemon.
He probably grinded nonstop until he was an old man and captured Celebi to ensure he could send his level billion pokemon back in time and grind even more
I personally think that Peony is also pretty strong. He was a Steel Type Gym Leader who became champion by beating Mustard, and the only reason he quit and disappeared (which mind you, left him as an entirely undefeated Champion for the time he served) just because his brother became Chairman of the League.
Gotta say it Dobbs, the new animation for you avatar is dope! Only thing is, it really throws me off-guard when it seems alive by blinking and moving, but the mouth is static. Well Ash in Pokemon journeys is extremely strong. I don't know whether it is surprising or not.

1. Pikachu ( Pikachu is broken in from kalos league to till this date)
2. Lucario ( it is lucario. And it is arguably his ace in journeys)
3. Dragonite( it is dragonite. And oh my god, Ash's dragonite is extremely strong)
4. Sirfetchd ( underated opinion: it has stronger bond than greninja or lucario because of it's characteristic of being extremely loyal to it's owner. It is early to judge thou)
5. Gengar( it got extremely low screentime . But it still have huge potential)

Hatsoff to creators for learning from their gen 5 mistakes and journeys, as a series, I doubt it becoming best. Because of goh being gen 1 ash. But that is understandable. Still it lags journeys as a series.
Maybe Pryce plays by game rules in his universe like us. If we level up a pokemon enough, we can win against anything. Like the guy who won against the elite 4 with 1 magikarp. Everybody has accidently knocked out a legendary/mythical by mistake with a normal pokemon.
He probably grinded nonstop until he was an old man and captured Celebi to ensure he could send his level billion pokemon back in time and grind even more
I personally think that Peony is also pretty strong. He was a Steel Type Gym Leader who became champion by beating Mustard, and the only reason he quit and disappeared (which mind you, left him as an entirely undefeated Champion for the time he served) just because his brother became Chairman of the League.
