I didn't know spicy stir fry oil existed, as if this new knowledge wasn't enough, the added bonus of kicking bland fried rice up more than a few notches makes this a very illuminating video 👏🏽 ever grateful to Chef Chris 👨🏽🍳
You really improved the fried rice. Looks delicious hearty and spicy. My family hate wasting food. I get really disappointed buying fried rice from a restaurant only for it to be crappy with hardly anything in it. Some pieces of pineapple go great in fried rice too
The salvaged fried rice looks delicious; just wanted to caution cooked rice goes bad quickly and should be stored and reheated properly or it can cause stomach upset. Cooked rice not frozen and thawed should be tossed after 3 days. Not a criticism just a reminder.🙂

any basic pre-cooked white rice (chilled). I hardly eat white rice, so I make it from scratch with Par-Boiled Brown Rice.
