I have been and still am a Jim Carrey. I grew up in the 90s watching his movies and a lot of things from the 80s, 90s, 2000s and 2010s. I love the humor of those eras. This is one of his best performances. I hope you continue with more of his work.
The brothers are my absolute favorite characters of the movie. I love geniuses that act and talk like real people and not like the stereotype nerds on something like Big Bang Theory.
I read that the scene with Charlie/Hank rolling off the convertible then running and hopping back on it was all Jim Carrey and in one take. Hella impressive stuntwork!
Classic Jim Carrey face and body movements are funny, but put in the right context makes them hilarious. His sons were great, 3 geniuses calling out each other with smart humour. 😆Definitely in my top 5 Jim Carrey movies.
I've seen this movie dozens of times over the years going back to when it was first released. I can't believe this is the first time I'm noticing the watermelon and the seeds on the pillow!
The adult item belong to Renee zellweger which you would hear about if you listen to the film commentary. Also during the car scene that was not a stunt double it was actually Jim Carrey throwing himself out of the car.
I rented a VHS copy of Man on the Moon and it starts off like it was recorded over with wrestling. It took me watching it twice to realize that it was a part of the gag. No other movie ever committed itself that much. 😂
"The funky chicken was Charlie's dance. I'm a tango man myself." followed by Jim Carrey doing a eyebrow dance is one of my favorite scenes out all the movies I ever watched. Pure comedy gold 😂 PS - Achara is just too adorable
That was a real lactating breast and they didn't tell Carrey about it, he thought it was going to be a prop. He ended up doing the shot, but he was really embarrassed about it, but no one could be around for the shot. The actress was perfectly fine with the shot too, but it caught Carrey off guard. I love the scene where he is picking himself up later in the movie. I don't understand how he mimes it so well. I also think Carrey did the take where he threw himself out of the car and it was in one take too, just wild.
A past boss's best friend (who I spent a lot of time around) had the same parenting situation. His ex-wife and the birth father just took off and he never heard from them again
jim carrey is one of a kind actor, his fame since the 90's was astronomical. this movie was a great one for him to show the whole spectrum of his acting range like in 'the cable guy', please react to it
Yes, thank you for recognizing that. You have no idea how sick I am of ignorant people constantly dismissing him and ignoring how uniquely talented he actually is
The wheezing of his nose, the bugs hitting his face, the chicken up the cops ass, the dunking of the pos little girl . . . this movie in my opinion is second to Dumb and Dumber for me when it comes to jokes that keep on ticking! Oh and the joke about the walking Q-Tip having a fucking telescope for his binocular . . . OMG classic!
12:44 We all know our favorite scene near the beginning... ;) Shannon Whirry is a legend. (He thought it was prosthetic and was disgusted and apologized, but Shannon said it was okay.)
I just LOVE all of the reaction pairs . A movie you guys should watch is “Dreamgirls”. Specifically the director’s extended edition which places a lot of cut content back into the movie. It is a musical period piece in the drama category based on the Broadway play of the same name.
I think I have at least watched this movie 30 times and I love it every time. It's also thanks to this movie I still listen too The World Ain't Slowing Down by Ellis Paul, love it!
one of the best cinema experiences of my life, went with my kid bro and our cousin!I remember drinking fast between the slow paced places so not to spew the rows in front of us with soda!
One of my favorite scenes in this movie is in the grocery store when he finally snaps and that hella loud drum beat kicks in. The audience immediately knows shit's about to go down lol.
I always wished they had a spinoff with the triplets. Jim Carrey is hilarious as always but those three were something else 🤣 🤣🤣 Btw Charlie asking em for a kiss was all improv
One of my favorite Jim Carey movies. Partially because I've often vacationed in the part of Vermont where a lot of this was filmed. Including the Ben & Jerry's factory.
The opening song is "Highway Patrol" by Junior Brown. It was a real song. I think he had a video for it. The only other Junior Brown song I know is called "My Wife Thinks You're Dead" and it's hilarious!
I was never allowed to watch this movie back when I was a kid. My dad would always yell at me because it’s a rated r movie but now I’m old enough to watch it.
I loved this, thank you!! I'm a Jim Carrey fan, but had not seen this movie. You two did a fantastic job, thank you so much!! Achara kinda fascinates me, with all of her strengths plus delicate beauty combined into one badass woman. And Michael - your beard fell off!! What happened, did your baby steal it? 😆 Aloha from Kauai, and Bless up, everyone! 🌺🌺🌺
"I don't know what I can laugh at" it sucks that we live in a world where you can laugh at comedy(not gonna be funny to everyone) and get cancelled or banned.. laugh at what ever you want!!!😂😂 Great reaction
I've just started to watch your reactions. Please be advised that the movie continues AFTER the end credits. None of the other reactors have actually watched the whole movie.
I am so glad you guys reacting to this movie, it is such a gem (the "explosion" scene is masterpiece in itself lol) Btw, according to statistics, there is a very high chance that the real father of those children wouldn't care about them at all.
No it’s not!! Eternal Sunshine is not underrated, it’s his most popular dramatic movie next to the Truman Show. Everybody loves that movie… would everybody please stop mindlessly calling everything underrated
@@randymolina6739 I know but it’s just that movie it’s not underrated that’s all. There are other dramatic movies he did that are actually underrated, like The Majestic… Did you ever see that
Achara girl I understand about the name thing. People I worked or went to school with call me by my government/first name. Others in my day to day life call me by my middle name or my nickname. That's how I can tell where they know me from 😊
He never switched in front of his son's as they were the only ones who gave him respect and unconditional love
I wish he did but it was because hank was gonna protect them, even hank would protect them
True but it'd be hilarious seeing Hank interact with his sons 🤣🤣🤣 They might be the only ones who could make Hank silent and dumbfounded
It's an oddly wholesome film.
He is a very gentle person!
The scene where Charlie "fights" Hank is some top notch physical comedy acting from Jim Carrey.
Fr hes mastered every aspect of comedy, truly a comedic genius
I love how Hank does all those crazy, outrageous things, especially when he first turns into Hank, so casually 😂🤣😅
17:39 The unkillable cow scene never fails to make me laugh so hard I nearly cry.🤣🤣🤣
My headcanon it that it's the same one from Twister. 😂🤣😂🤣😂
@ she should be credited as the bulletproof bovine.
It could be the infamous 'how, now, (partly) brown cow'
She's even in the credits with a neck brace on
This is one of those Jim Carrey movies that took me forever to get around to but then when I finally did it was probably one of his best comedies LOL
Yes, Jim Carrey is the best comedian. No other comedian comes close… not even Robin Williams had his physical talent
The genius sons are so funny! "Mwah daddy!"
And that "Kisses?" part was improvised as was their response :D
I absolutely love this movie, Carrey’s performance is brilliant in humor and physicality!
46:12"it goes deep inside of you" has always caught me off guard watching this film over the years, but always makes me laugh

"It's me, Milky." 🤣
Jim’s physical acting is on a whole new level. I wish the 3 sons had their own spin off series
I read that the scene with Charlie/Hank rolling off the convertible then running and hopping back on it was all Jim Carrey and in one take. Hella impressive stuntwork!
Yall have no idea how much my heart sang when I saw this pop up! Cinepals is definitely my favorite reaction channel ❤️ 💙 💜
I watched this opening day and it was one of the loudest laugh-out-loud movie theater experience I've ever had.
I love how responsible people are. “ pull over and at least put your lights on “ 😂😂
23:44 did anyone else catch that laugh/snort.... Brilliant reaction 👏🏽
"Y'all come back now! Thanks for watching our motherf*cking' movie!"
One of my favorite movie quotes 😂
are you twelve?
Classic Jim Carrey face and body movements are funny, but put in the right context makes them hilarious. His sons were great, 3 geniuses calling out each other with smart humour. 😆Definitely in my top 5 Jim Carrey movies.
I've seen this movie dozens of times over the years going back to when it was first released. I can't believe this is the first time I'm noticing the watermelon and the seeds on the pillow!
In a deleted scene Jim Carrey warmed up the watermelon in an oven and cut a hole in it.
The adult item belong to Renee zellweger which you would hear about if you listen to the film commentary. Also during the car scene that was not a stunt double it was actually Jim Carrey throwing himself out of the car.
This movie is so slept on!! Always has me dying!!!
In my top 3 Jim Carrey movies for sure!!
Same, it's in my top 3 as well
Yes unfortunately it is… it’s the most underrated Jim Carrey movie. It’s a crime how much this movie got swept under the radar.
I have been a fan of Jim's since In Living Color. His best movie is Man on the Moon, but his best acting performance is in Kickass 2.
Ohh, those are good ones but love Truman Show
I rented a VHS copy of Man on the Moon and it starts off like it was recorded over with wrestling. It took me watching it twice to realize that it was a part of the gag. No other movie ever committed itself that much. 😂
Lemony Snicket: A Series Of Unfortunate Events 2004 was highly underrated
@dboslice yes that one usually makes the list too, but I had to cut my comment short.
Y’all definitely not ready for me myself and Irene 😂
"The funky chicken was Charlie's dance. I'm a tango man myself." followed by Jim Carrey doing a eyebrow dance is one of my favorite scenes out all the movies I ever watched. Pure comedy gold 😂
PS - Achara is just too adorable

jim carrey will always be my favorite comedy genius.
A past boss's best friend (who I spent a lot of time around) had the same parenting situation.
His ex-wife and the birth father just took off and he never heard from them again
The improv of him kissing his sons goodbye is golden
6:43: The differences in reactions here is hilarious. Both equally the correct response LOL.
I absolutely LOVE Jim Carrey and this is one of my fav movies of his ❤
Hank to Charlie: "She's pretty much screwed. C'mon, I'll buy you a beer."
This movie is pure gold jim carrey fun .
Huge Jim Carey fan!!!
now this is more like it, you guys get this movie
jim carrey is one of a kind actor, his fame since the 90's was astronomical.
this movie was a great one for him to show the whole spectrum of his acting range like in 'the cable guy', please react to it

I did not expect the first 5 minutes at ALL😂😂
First Cinebinge and now CinePals uploads this 😂
Why they upload it twice? Its all the same reactors

Love this movie ❤️😂😂😂 y’all bring back the best throwbacks. 👏🏾

Oh and the joke about the walking Q-Tip having a fucking telescope for his binocular . . . OMG classic!
Renee Zellweger is really good here, I like her chemistry with Jim. You wouldn't expect a raunchy comedy to be kinda romantic 😄
The give me a kiss scene was completely improvved and you can see it on their faces. They're like what the fuck
Remember when everyone was obsessed with Renee Zellweger.....forgot all about her... also before all the...additional work.
No, not really lol
@nsasupporter7557 back in the 90s she was the Hollywood it Girl.
@@nobodyexceptme7794 there were several other “it girls” that come to mind before her. But at least she won an Oscar
I was watching def comedy jam at like 7. In thought everyone was raised like that. 😂😂😂
Thank you guys for dropping a banger on my birthday

The neighborhood BBQ scene is the best 🤣
Find it hard to believe the black father didn't stick around? 😂 Good one! Subbed!
Charlie is a good father; he loves those boys.
53:34 you totally called it 😂😂😂
One of my favorite scenes in this movie is in the grocery store when he finally snaps and that hella loud drum beat kicks in. The audience immediately knows shit's about to go down lol.

One of my favorite Jim Carey movies. Partially because I've often vacationed in the part of Vermont where a lot of this was filmed. Including the Ben & Jerry's factory.
the good-looking cop is the brother-in-law of the directors. he's in a couple of their other movies as well.
You really thought that father was going to come back with the milk lol
The opening song is "Highway Patrol" by Junior Brown. It was a real song. I think he had a video for it. The only other Junior Brown song I know is called "My Wife Thinks You're Dead" and it's hilarious!
I love this movie, and yet my favorite moment. In this entire reaction was...
"Fully grown"
😂😂😂
The look on Achara's face at the "Free Willy" joke ... priceless 😆
funny how they both played into 'please come'🤣
This movie is always a great watch, i loved your reactions, thank you 😊
That cow refusing to die had me in tears 😂
As a Vermont Native. This movie holds a special place in my heart. A bunch of scenes were filed like 10 min from my House.
Jim Carrey is a boss. Great review guys 🙌🏾
I was never allowed to watch this movie back when I was a kid. My dad would always yell at me because it’s a rated r movie but now I’m old enough to watch it.

Sounds like you guys need to go react to Jim Carey's early years in stand up, as an impressionist. 😊😎
"let the man be in denial"...

Yes, It’s a shame how underrated this movie is.
Another Rhode Island movie from the Farrelly brothers that is pretty great is Outside Providence.
I saw that one many years ago and never knew until now it was made by the Farrelly Brothers
12:05 introduction to the MVP of the movie, Hank😂😂😂
Renee Zellwegger was such a BABE ... she went full diva after 2005 :/
This is one of the funniest movies ever.
Did they cut the part where he’s drowning the little girl
The sound tracks are so good in this movie.
The sons were my favorite part of this movie. I watched the disc wobbly with this one.

This movie has been making the rounds lately
I was thinking the same thing
Right! It’s funny how all the reactors seem to have similar line ups
I think they all have a group chat together
I think the editors are the same people and release to the channels
This movie is awesome Jim Carrey with a awesome performance as a actor
Do movie reactors have a group chat cause I keep seeing everyone react to the same things on the same days😂
It's the audience. Multiple channels have the same TH-cam and/or Patreon members that suggested and vote on what movies the channels react to
Why is there a watermelon with a hole on the floor.... Oh, Mikey, you sweet child. Bless you.
You see, Mikey, when you warm up a watermelon....

Best Jim Carrey movie by far.
I was 17 and still remember that day I saw this movie like yesterday. Confession scene 5:57 is my fav!
She is a marathon runner .. explains the train sprint!!☑️
achara saying she doesn't know what we can laugh at anymore is so depressing
I’d say laugh at what you want to laugh. Forget what other people might think. We’re not machines.
48:03 this performance 👏
"We'll go slow" lmao
It's a real song by Junior Brown, he can rip the guitar.
