Also, if Iron Will's bonus is only activated while shield is at 0 - Can you be 1 shot from an initial hit due to the bonus being inactive? Iron Will seems like it's to be complimentary rather than a primary option. Question2: Why do we choose "Lethal Infection" over "Technician"? At 16 cost Technician gives +50.8% skill power modifier. At 13 cost Lethal Infection gives 2.5% per stack up to 10 stacks for 5s. Meaning it's a very short lived 25% versus a permanent 50.8% Last Question: If we gain back 32.1% defense by switching "Iron Will" for "Increased DEF" - Would we be better off switching "Agony" for "Strong Mentality"? My logic is that skill cost -15.2% > Max MP 8.5%. Though we lose Agony's 38.5% defense we're actually only losing 6.4% defense. Small tip: A proper socket type on your Sub Module should yield an additional 5 capacity given the module is maxed out as well. Making for a total of 85 capacity. Summary: From what I can see we're missing 32.1% defense, 25.8% skill power modifier and trading -15.2% skill cost for 8.5% more resources used to cast said skills. The only thing Bunny is using her MP for is "Speed of Light" ability and you're better off reducing it's cost. i.e. What goes further: 10MP/s @ 108.5MP(10.85s) or 8.48MP/s @ 100MP(11.79s)? We're also potentially at risk for being 1 shot due to our main defense bonus going inactive often. I'm curious to hear your opinions and looking forward to more videos to come!
Adding onto this, he also doesn't run focus on singular, focus on fusion, nor maximize power, all of which should give you more damage than lethal infection or technician, depending on if he does more damage using maximum power or lightning emission throughout fights. With increased DEF/iron will, his damage reduction should already be around 60% which also makes autoimmunity less effective as a damage reduction mod, unless the mod acts after defense damage reduction is taken into account.
@calebxu3718 The guy in the video was talking about how strong his maximum power was compared to electric emission (I looked at the scalings and they seem pretty bad) and maximum power is fusion.
High-Voltage is shown off nicely in Moxsy's video. Changes the AoE to a 3 targeted strike on her skills. Terrible for mobbing, but great for bossing, as with that change, it Amps the DPS up really high. Moxsy claims it shaved off 3+ min on his hard mode boss runs using that chip. Epic Reactors should be considered when you want to focus on Tamer as well. It really nice having that Skill Power buff when using that machine gun for bosses. I'm sure you know all that though, just more a post for others....

It seems that unlike Ultimate Reactors that require the weapon to be in your character's hands for the x1.6 bonus, for Epic reactors, it only requires you to have the weapon type equipped to have the x1.4 bonus. This is one reason why many are using Epic Reactors over Ultimate ones, as it allows them to use all 3 of their weapons (or in Bunny's case, at least both her Thunder Cage and Tamer). Epic Reactors are also much easier to farm a perfectly rolled one and the lower power isn't by much when it allows you to have your choice of weapons. Anywho, that was just an extra note.
Ive been spending all my time farming supernova gear because it's so awesome for dps and just absentmindedly destroying those little annoying AF adds - but despite having looted probably 5 full sets by now, I still dont have any pieces that dropped with hp or def secondary stats so it makes me way too squishy for hard mode intercept bosses. Really sucks that the predefined main stat rolls on its senser and power are shield.
Transcendent mods when upgraded decrease the capacity cost. Also he used a crystal catalyst to set the skill module slot to a matching polarity. 16 - 10 (from upgrading to max) = 6 6 % 2 (matching polarity half’s the mods capacity cost) = 3

Don't you lose A LOT by not being able to use Technician which scales higher? You can't use Technician with any of the Singular boosting mods

Upgrading it decreases the mod capacity
If you pay attention to the “symbol” on the module. And the “symbol” on some of the module slots- if you match it, then it decreases the cost
You have to reset your character as well n put that symbol in that slot for even more cut down plus what the ppl said above
