£375 seems a bit low for a 3 bed apartment in Darlington. Even seven years ago that would only get a studio apartment or a bedsit. An average 3 bed flat in an average area is probably more like £550 to £600 per month. It's still cheap compared to most towns and cities, but I wouldn't come to Darlington and expect to get a 3 bed flat for £375 per month, unless it's an absolute dive perhaps.

Town centre of Darlington is underrated and looks lovely on a sunny day. Hopefully the pool at the dolphin centre will reopen soon. Cant complain spending my childhood there!

Real life - not realy it depends where you go. The town centre is known to be one of the safest part. However is you go anywere but it is gonna be dodgey
