With the watermelon thing I’ve also seen people just whisk the inside with an electric mixer and use the melon itself as the beverage. You could also easily do that and infuse it with your favorite alcoholic beverage 😊
I have seen adults put adult drinks in the "juice zip thing bags" and freeze them. You had me cracking up with the swim shoes. I could totally see Miranda Sings doing that. You are amazing. hahaha

I have silicone versions of the popsicle/ ice lolly/ push pop thingies that create a kind of cone shape (we have popsicles/ ice lollies/ push pops called Calippo in the UK which are a similar shape to the moulds I have) they are great when my Autistic brain doesn't want to 'drink' but I'm thirsty. I use sparkling water and 'squash' (think Kool-Aid but liquid, you see a leading brand of it at Wimbledon Tennis if it helps) and it doesn't freeze into an ice cube but has the bite factor of commercially available popsicles/ ice lollies/ push pops. Also freeze semi-flat cola in them, AMAZING! I can't drink cola/pepsi/ Dr Pepper normally but I love Cola popsicles/ ice lollies/ push pops.
For the watermelon tap, just take a hand mixer with only one whisk and stick it in the watermelon to pulverize all of it and then pour it into a pitcher.
I saw a Turkish chef (CZN Burak) do something like this online. He didn't scoop out the inside of the watermelon. Instead, he used an electric mixer (only using 1 of the whisks) to puree/liquify the watermelon insides while they were still inside the watermelon. He put a spigot on the watermelon and the juiced watermelon came out. It looked really refreshing. A better spigot and that would probably work.

Them watermelon is because its not completely cored and because the tap isnt low enough. Ive bought the same one and it worked great for me !
