  • I need to rant and talk about the mental health of nurses. I feel there are a lot of issues and areas that could definitely be improved whether from nursing school as nursing students and now as solo nurses working daily. From stress to burnout and to the pandemic, there has been such an impact on the mental health of nurses. There is so much room for improvement and hopefully one day it gets better.

This is true. I have broken down many times and felt after I had broken down there was no where to go. After I picked myself up I went back into the same environment that hurt me in the first place with no support.

It definitely gets exhausting. Management and the health system administration have to do so much better
