Might be a bit ambitious but you could turn the entire waterfront pathway into a pedestrian road and add a tram going down it

if we don't have bicecles, we use trams

maybe not coal on the island, but across the lake would make sense, you could have a little industry there and because its across the river it would be fine

57:12 the fence should go to the river so Richie Rich the home owner can enjoy the waterfront they own. Awesome video as always. The coal mine should go on the other side of the island maybe

Like this comment if you think ConflictNerd should hold firm with an Appalachian coal mining town, like the other comment if you think he should build a coal industry near Valley Gardens.

I know the train road is a cool feature but wouldn't it be better to have a double track on that train line to help with the congestion?

Save the island to be a national park! Make the coal industry on the peninsula with coal reserves

I say no to coal, it's too close to the neighbourhood.

this is one of my favorite builds recently! it is very organic but also very planned. great variety of assets and very natural but also logical zoning.

16:50 maybe connect the path across the river into industrial area might be helpful.

A crazy detailed coal mining operation on the island would be so cool to see

Sticking with the RDR2 theme, and since the new subdivision is next to a creek, Morgan Creek would be a good shout.

I’m sorry, but I have to say something. I think that you’re underestimating how much public transport has of a meaning. You used just one line for the new commercial district, which frankly saying, is way too low. Maybe try and make better connections, to the new public service building as well?
Furthermore, instead of “adding one more line” you should change the highway bridge to a mixed used highway street, with a bus lane for example. Then create a bus lane/ tram lane. Use circular and point- to- point lanes.
    Greetings from Germany

Yes you need a coal mining town and industry town

  • @vox.6607

You should add a bus line that just spans the length of Franklin Boulevard and loops back, seeing as that seems to be the central artery of the town

Can you do something to show off the new cul-de-sacs? I know a lot of suburbs have dead end streets with cul-de-sacs to fit in more houses. At least here in the US. Would be nice to see.

You should build an executive community on the little island with large homes. Definitely make a separate little coal town elsewhere.

    Valley Gardens, Linden Gardens? 👀
    Also, trams? =)

I'm commenting well before watching the whole episode-but for long stretches of rail, I like to toss in a few "station tracks" here and there to make that little switchover track so trains can change lanes if they need to. I don't know if it would help or not, or if you already found a solution later in the video

I'd watch the episode 'detailing a railyard', as long as you'll place every single tree by hand...

Why not instead of making 2 trains lines going to both cities, why not make one train like going from one city to another and stopping by your city? will definitely help the train traffic a bit in my opinion

Just a queston from a Hungarian guy who never saw anything like this. Why r ur trains running on the streets? It would be much more efficient if it traveled on its own track. You know, 2 tracks slighlty elevated from the ground, so you allow more frequent schedule. 2:22

I think we need to mine coal to lower the cost of generating electricity, or switch to renewable energy to permanently eliminate air pollution. Otherwise, it would be bad to be constantly short of money because of power generation.

No coal. After watching you for a few years I can safely say you would suffer from a bad case of buyers remorse.
    Mining town for sure.
Future need of the county would be the county seat/main city. Doesn't need to be large at all. Just a few semi-tall buildings. More transportation hub orientated. Touristy. More feature/unique buildings, etc.
