an all in onetool cusotm would be cool. no idea how it wouldwork but something like a swiss armyknife/leatherman with a kniippex, victorinox scissors, a locking one handed magnacut blade, a bit driver, a nail cutter, lighter, flashlight, pen, tweezers...one can dream lol.i know you can carry most of these seperate but something appealing about it being in one tool. i think a pocket organizer would need a some zipper IMO. needa way to carry thingsthat you dont use often but is small enough to fall out, like coins, airtag, gum, pills etc.
For me, those pocket EDC organizers are a great idea and look great, but the one I have from Amazon has tool pockets that are just a little too tight. Yours looks stunning and since it’s made out of leather, it might be able to stretch a little over time to get that perfect fit.
Great setup! I've recently switched to using a small leather slip/organizer for extra gear, and I love it. The character build-up is really satisfying and makes it feel unique to your gear. I do have one major problem with your setup, though..... there is no SAK 😂😂!
for the Rovyvon fans, I asked them since they have changed the bulb, only the A23 and A28 is using the light you all know till today, they have changed the whole line up to use high CRI bulb that has a different tone (warmer) which is supposed to be more accurate in representing colors you shine your light on, but I don't really like that so just know that if you want to get another one
I have found that ALL of these EDC pocket carriers are painful when used in pants pockets, front or back. However, if you use a light jacket or a work style shirt, the pocket on those are just fine.
I’m looking for one with a pocket clip on the pouch it’s self. But I Google for them and can’t find any? I’ve definitely seen them, any ideas where I could get one? I’m not bother on the material, I guess non leather will last long. Just want it to carry a knife, flashlight, pry bar, pen and maybe a slot with a zip for various items. And see you are wearing a Tread, I thought they have became pretty collectable after they stopped making them.

Nice set up of tools. The pouch is good looking, but bulky in a pocket. I see pouches more as stand-alone items carring full-size items.
