but I think the main advantage he has is that he is 20 cm taller than other swimmers. Watching this in slow motion he is almost 1 meter ahead of the others before the dolphin kick. And during the dolphin kick phase the distance is almost constant, and Emre somehow manages to have an extremely strong arm pull towards the end of his underwater swim.
To me, the start and turn look normal, although we can never be sure without underwater footage. The big thing for Sakci is that this is the first time that I have seen him nail the turn and finish withouth half stroking it. I don't really know what was he dqed for at world champs but the only area where he could have used an additional fly kick is the last stroke before the turn and finish
FINA rules state: “The elbows shall be under water except for the final stroke before the turn, during the turn and for the final stroke at the finish.” Doesn’t it look as if his elbows are above the water? Let me know what you think.

Where is Adam Peaty?
Butterfly kicks?
Any other race footage of him underwater?
Guess we'll never know
the start looks very slightly suspicious. But it is very hard to tell without underwater cam.

Are you always so embittered every day?
@@jihair2356 How about you answer the question instead of using a diversion tactic?
@@wyckofury2198 Man I think it’s crazy that you want to discredit his incredible performance
His elbows are clearly under the water…
@@jihair2356 OK thanks for letting me know what you think.
I think it’s a super close call honestly. The wake his pull creates hides his elbows enough that I assume it doesn’t get called by refs.
wouldnt really call that 50m breastroke, 25m of it was gliding underwater and only 25m of it was actually doing a breastroke
That's what makes him the best in the world really
Does not take away the fact that the race is intended as such
Stfu do it your self
so you are being isnide the pool whole 50 meters has nothing to do what you call or think (:
