INGREDIENTS:
- 1 KG CHOPS (MUTTON)
- 2 TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
- 1 & 1/2 TBSP LAAL MIRCH POWDER
- 2 TSP HALDI
- 1 TBSP SALT
- 3 GREEN CHILLIES (PISSI HUI)
- 1 LARGE TOMATO (BLENDED)

They turned out awesome but while frying the chops, the oil bubbled out of the karahi because of the egg in the batter. Could you please shed some light on why this happens and how to avoid it

A.. oil was not hot enough
B.. oil was more then half karahi or your pan you were frying them in
C… you over added the chops
