Same thing happened to me when I was cooking liver for the first time . I cooked it it was hard then my Husband told me to pressure cook it ,and i did it, you can imagine what happened to it 🤣, still my Husband didn't stop there, he cooked it further in microwave oven 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣then when I started watching Shireen Appa's Programme then I learned how to cook it
