MY MUTTON CHOPS RECIPE

Mutton chops, 2 kgs
Ginger garlic paste, 2 tablespoon
Salt, To taste
Eggs, 6
Bread crumbs, 2 cups
Oil, for frying.
METHOD,
In a large pan add water chops, and salt bring to boil, lower flame, and cover pot, cook till tender.( water should dry)
In a pot add eggs, salt , pepper and Baisan( gradually) .
Beat well till smooth.
Add bread crumbs in a tray .
Dip chops in the mixture then cover with bread crumbs and fry till golden.
Serve hot and enjoy delicious chops.

Finally tried mutton chops your way and it came out great, thanks. Instead of frying I did it in Air fryer with little oil brushing, it was crispy n tasty.
