Ive had wrist problems for 10 years and the only thing that ever helps is diligent excercise, every day, no exceptions. You dont need any equipment you just need to start basic excercises on a regular schedule and you will see improvements. Good video hope this reaches those that need it

To anyone having second doubts that this might be helpful, I've been struggling with bad forearm/wrist/hand/finger pain for almost two years, started following the advice in these guides and through trial and error have gotten to a point where I can work again with only minor aches/stiffness. A few more weeks and I think I'll be able to game again for the first time in years :) Trust in the hp bar!
@@Paathwhat was your trigger for hand pain? My started with lifting weights doing pronation exercises that I went too fast with the weights too early (10 pounds) with Knees over toes guy’s workouts. I didn’t have a lighter weights,so that happened. 😢
@@dogie8c mine was a mix of working out with tons of volume and then gaming multiple hours after, probably would've resolved in a week had i known about this channel then but instead i rested for months and made my muscles weak as hell lmao
What about hand palm pain? I mostly have hand pain from gripping objects (especially weights). Do you guys have any tips or advice on what to do? please help. 😢
