there's another farmer in Wyoming that has an arrowquip crush and equipment it's very efficient and how the cows like to walk in circles to to speak, it 's comforting to them. (Our Wyoming Life, Mike and Erin, Gillette, Wyoming)

Woe that one has a lot more bells and whistles than any I have şeen so far on youtube videos. You are really going all out on the farm equipment and you really studied up about this) you really could be their salesman! I would still keep the one you got this past year for the Highlands that way if you ever need to do them and they are at your farm and you're using this one where you are now you can do them or another cow without moving everything and animals around always good to have a small spare just in case. Bet your dad is so proud of you. We all are

Stopped at the Farm Shop yesterday! (I'm all the way from NY-USA) going to enjoy some burgers tonight and had your cow's milk with breakfast and it was delicious! Saw one of the highlands sneaking around behind the bunnies which made my day! Great workers in the shop as well!

Suggestion: Keep all the metal-on-metal pivot and sliding points lubed appropriately so that corrosion doesn't make things too stiff.
I am sure the vendor has recommendations on where that is best to be done on the crush. Make it part of your regular maintenance plans.
The reason I say this is that I recall a crush that a neighbor had that was NOT lubed and it became almost unusable in a few years.
I remember the neighbor saying that he had to break out a hammer to bash on stuck bits so he could use it again. Lessons shared can be learned.

Fantastic bit of kit. Quite a few years ago I worked on a big Cattle Ranch in Zambia.
Cattle were in daily for dozing or dipping.
Without a race and funnel it would have made the job near impossible.
I know that you have spent a lot of money already but should you find a bit more I am sure that you will see the benefit.
PS I am good at spending other peoples money.

I've seen the Arrowquip system working in another site I watch "Our Wyoming Life". It is an amazing system. Often Mike, in Our Wyoming Life, works calves or even his grown cattle by himself with no problems. You've chosen a great company to work with. I didn't realize they were Worldwide. Love the changes you've accomplished at your farms. The Highland crush is fascinating also. 💘 🐂 🐄 🇺🇸
Recognized it in the thumbnail, from seeing this on the Our Wyoming Life channel! The whole corral system is pretty neat, from the animal management perspective. Sonne Farms has a couple Arrowquip chutes as well.

Great piece of equipment. Installed our model 7400 in a fixed position to support of beef cattle operations. Ran 81 head (cows and calves mixed) through it in one morning.
Those are amazing! The only thing better is the full hydraulic crush. Sonne farms has one and is quite a machine
One of the best squeeze chutes here in Canada where we probably put larger cattle numbers through them than the average farmer does in the UK

A fantastic crush! One of the best I've seen. The only thing it doesn't have is rear taillights. That said, taillights, crushes and cattle aren't a good mix. If you feel you need them to travel down the road (especially in the dark), I would suggest buying a wireless/magnetic set that you can quickly affix and detach and can also be used on other older pieces of equipment if the need arises.
I watch a US rancher channel, he has an Àrrowquip system. Looks like nice equipment.
Bought the hydraulic version last year makes handling cattle so much better

I've run a hi-hog pretty near all my life. we had a Pierson crush before that (80's) I've got to say my next one will be an arrowquip..., they sure do look like a squeeze that wouldn't wear you out at the end of the day.
