I paid $22,600 for my 2024 Aprilia RSV4 1100 🤩 and 36500 for my Ducati V4S. The total cost for modifications on the Aprilia is $7,800 🔧, while the modifications for the Ducati amount to $9,490. Since I bought the Ducati new in April 🏍️, it currently has 2,500 miles on it. The RSV4, which I purchased new in May with 0 miles, is now sitting at 12500 miles. My favorite by far is the RSV4; it fits my body perfectly and brings me more joy than the Ducati ❤.
This was well put together. I have a 2015 MV Agusta F4 RR, and it's important to plan for ownership as well as purchase. It can be done, if done methodically.
Man that stinks! Some dealers are really sticklers with prices and others don’t mind working with you to gain a customer. Anyway, that video will come soon and hopefully it’ll be helpful for you to get a great price on the bike you want!
Considering you own the V4 and the RSV4 which one do you enjoy riding the most ? I will eventually own both but I’m curious of which one I will buy first ! I own a BMW s1k n have owned about all the brands other then Aprillia and Ducati ! But I love them both my best friend owns a V4R and I have rode the RSV4 n loved it ???? So I’m curious of which one you enjoy riding the most ?
Sometime in the coming weeks I'll make a video on the V4 versus RSV4. But to make it very simple; the Pani V4 is the better bike. It is made much better, the part availability is better, and there are a lot more aftermarket parts for it. However, I personally enjoy riding the RSV4 more. The RSV4 is just brutal. The exhaust note is insane, the acceleration at ANY RPM is just absolutely brutal. It is also a lot more comfortable than the Pani V4. You cannot go wrong with either. Hope that helps, take care.
Dam your dealer is amazing! Here in Florida its expensive! Where did you get the graphics for rsv4? I pay 765 a yr for my tuono and s1000r. The rsv4 was 1300 a yr through progressive by itself. So i bought the tuono factory. I plan to add a rs660 soon!
For sure I’m pretty lucky to live by a trustworthy dealer. That really makes the experience much easier. The graphics are from ASD racing in France. Great rates for your think and single R. Naked bikes seem to be quite a bit cheaper to insure. Take care and ride safe!
I’ll put together a video for that. I’ve been holding off a little so I can get more time on the V4. You know how sometimes when you first buy something it seems like it’s better than it really is? Then a few months later, reality sets in? I wanted to make sure that didn’t happen so I can provide the best info I can to anyone who watches the video. It’ll be coming up soon though for sure. Pretty stark differences between the two.
@@ridewithKY Awesome! I am looking to make a purchase in the next few weeks and I am torn between the two. I feel like I will ride it like you, no track, just something that speaks to my soul lol. The RSV4 seems raw and wild whereas the V4 seems more refined yet more expensive and perhaps lacks the "Italian emotion" of the RSV4 a bit?
The RSV4 is definitely more exciting. I haven’t had mechanical issues with the RSV4 but it’s obvious the quality is lack luster. Not terrible, but not great. Ducati quality is unmatched. Everything is nicer on a Ducati. I don’t think you can go wrong with either but they are surprisingly different despite being similar on paper.
Doing the maintenance on the rsv4, how do you reset the service indicator on the dash? Does it show you how in the manual, and do you need any special equipment?
I'm from the UK so things are a bit different on this side.. I have no idea what any of those things are... So my question is.. Do you pay instalments for these bikes or have you bought them outright? As here in the U.K those are the two factor. You can put a deposit down and pay monthly installment Or just buy the bike outright all the money at once.
Right on, thank you for sharing. Rates are going to vary depending on a lot of factors but at least people can get an idea of what they are looking at. Ride safe.
That's insane. I would try to shop around a little more. If your record is pretty much clear and you aren't too too young, your insurance shouldn't be too bad on a GSXR 1000.
You are so lucky, if you lived in my country, you will need to pay for each bike at the price you paid plus X3 to get to the final amount!, without any up-grading So yes, at your country it is damn cheap.😆😆😆

Awesome, glad you've been enjoying both your RSV4 and V4S. Must be some sweet bikes with that much in modifications invested. Take care, ride safe.
@@ridewithKY Carbon wheels are the biggest $$$ for those modifications.
Any issue with the rsv4 so far?
Expensive but they sure are sweet.
@qra130 only issue I’ve had with my 23 RSV4 is the finish cracked on my tank. It was repaired under warranty.

Thank you! Planning ahead will save you a world of headache later on. Enjoy that F4, always loved those.
RSV4 definitely feels like riding/driving a muscle car man. 🔥
It really does. When you take out the Pani V4, you'll see how sluggish they are down low compared to an RSV4.
Great video! Man I need your negotiation skills. Dealers in OH are not budging much even in the off season

90k sgd out the door for my 24 v4. Around 68k usd and around 8.2 usd per gallon after conversion, 53 usd per month for insurance.
Wow! That is insane for a 2024 V4.
Love my V2. Any chance you will do full service video on the Panigale V4?
I probably will in the future. Thank you. Keep enjoying that V2.

You unfortunately can’t reset it on your own. The dealer has to do it or you have to buy the special scan tool. Ducati is the same way.

The V4 is owned outright and the RSV4 I financed because there was promotional financing on those at the time of purchase. Thanks.
My new gsxr750 is 120 full coverage with 1k deductible an 160 month for 500 deductible. Liability is 15 dollars. I'm 38 though. I'm with geico

I pay 50 bucks for insurance for my v2 and Thts expensive… I’m in Canada
What winglets are those on the Aprilia?
They are maxicarbon winglets

Then that's probably about right. Even with one ticket you lose the good driver discount.
