Live only 4 inch of the line so will be less resistance and RUN LIKE A FERRARI ( CAR RACE 😆😆😆😆) JUST TRY 4 INCH IS ENOUGH TO DO A LOT OF DAMAGE TO TE GRASS 😊😊😊😊😊

I bought the McCulloch in 2003 and was looking for instruction on how to thread the line. Only yours has two holes like mine. I was wondering what the holes were for. Now I know. Mine does not have arrow. If it doesn't work, I'll wind the other way. Thanks a millions.
How do I unscrew the bump head. Whether I turn it clockwise of counterclockwise, it simply clicks but it never actually grabs and turns off from the line cup. Is it possible to strip the bump head lock head?
I an trying to get back into doing things myself once again, And I have a Yard Machine 2900 EC that I bought Brand New Last year. It has that bump setup on it. I ran out of trimmer line was trying to replace, but I can't seem to get the Cap off to remove the case for the line. You do it so easy,,, I turned clockwise and counter-clockwise and i just can't seem to get the thing to turn. I assume i can use a set of pliers to grasp and turn.. Is that OK.. ? Dumb question I know,
I had to do some trial and error. I'm sure the manufacturer has this info somewhere. As long as it can go back together after winding, it should be ok.
I have a very old Husqvarna 125L with a single spool and screw on (non-bump) centre cap. Can't find an explanation on respooling however, this looks very similar. Thanks

I may be spring loaded like a medicine container. Try pushing down on it while unscrewing it. I haven't seen one strip out myself.

Grab that thing with some pliers and break it loose. I have to do that from time to time.
