Let counsel participate in moot courts in their Undergraduate studies to be able to withstand the pressure before the Constitutional court. Once you participate in moots where questions are fired left right and centre you will be be a master of handling such judges

Malema's questions are very difficult and tricky all at once. He just wants to make sure that he chooses a fit and proper person to hold office and also uphold the law as required by law

The reason why these judges are not able to answer immediately clear questions is because this law we are interpreting or they are asked questions on, its not South African Law, its Roman-Dutch Law.
Regardless, they are trained and have practiced for many years. They should have learned something by now

Politicians should not scrutinize judges. They try to make judges serve their political doctrines. Judges should be elected by the people.
I totally disagree to that, and it's not only politician interviewing.. There are also professionals from the legal fraternity.

Ideally I agree with you but the politicians u see there are the people, as in, they are the representatives of the people. In South Africa, the people surrender their decision making to the parliament, parliament makes decisions on our behalf, the parliament makes those decisions through politicians such as Malema.
Hope you black south African then would've understand why malema pose a lot good question towards the judge if the judge were elected by ppl they would be no white judges in south Africa
