      What is proper amount of fats and carbs that I should eat?
      I know that this is a controversial topic, but I wanna have a numerical reference of my macronutrients. So that, I have a way to know how keep growing or if I in the correct directoin or not.
      By the way, I know that this depends on the physical activity and BMR.

      @@Jornanfuentes there are Apps that can help you tracking your macros. You just put in your data: height, weight, activity and it calculates for you. And after that you can add your meals and it says how good your hitting your goals. Blessings

    I definitely agree! I do not use my phone when I wake up. I take about one hour away from it in the morning. Such a blessing, the change in our mental state when we dont use it

    I feel so happy that I am doing same routine only difference is that I do chantting/meditation as soon as I wake up ,then sunsalutation,pranayam,cold shower, black coffee, intermittent fasting

    Okay, I was waking up at 4am, but since this new academic semester started and some classes end up late, I now wake up at 5 or 5:30, drink between 0.5 to 1 liter of water, sometimes with lemon, then cleansing routine, then meditation for one to one and a half hours. If it´s not too late, I clean the floor of the apartment and then have a 40-minute yoga session. Then coffee, then journaling, then the rest of the day.

    I enjoyed this video and will be adopting many of them. I do yoga every morning, eye covers inconsistently, & a bottle of water but not with salt. Looking forward to how these additions help me with my energy!

    I love my morning ritual. It's very similar. I start with the mindvalley 6 phase meditation while using aromatherapy. I've started airplane mood on my phone recently and I really like that. I do the wim hof method before my cold shower as well. Sun salutations on my roof while listening to affirmations. I make bulletproof coffee and pratice intermittent fasting. Im interested in that qigong excercise. Is there a name for it? I deleted all my social media so I no longer have Instagram. By deleting social media I've added reading a chapter of a book and jounaling to my morning. Thank you for the video!

    Hi ronan. Great video as ever. Interesting tip about adding salt to your water. Is that specific for early morning or should we be doing it all day? Also how much salt do you add to a litre of water? Thanks!

    Good morning, when I wake up I ever meditate for first step, then I tried to do sun salutations and a cold shower. But now I just meditate when I woke up. I'll try again to do all the morning routine, I'm a bit lazy, sometimes I like to sleep an hour more 😓. Btw thanks for this tips. Have an amazing day 🙏🌈☺

    Two quick questions: California Roll and tofu sandwich (more interested in the bread element), love them, they both have protein, is it too much carbs? Maybe three questions, carb counter and alternatives for a non-meat eater (do seafood occasionally, and dairy and eggs)

    Well my morning routine goes like this
    Wake up, Brush, 20min cardio Exercises, cold shower, meditation and begin my workday
    Ofcourse now that i have watched this, i m definitely adding sun salutations and Qigong

    Great stuff.
    I have Apple cider vinegar instead of salt in the water and herbal tea instead of coffee (can't stand coffee) and oil-pulling instead of brushing my teeth in the morning as my teeth are still clean from the night before since I haven't eaten. I have a hot shower every third day when washing my hair.
    The only other thing is, the sun isn't usually up when I need to start my day, I can't get sunlight at 4:30 am. I can only get it on days off when I can sleep in, but I do have a small red light I can use for my face as a substitute. :)

    I have been doing IF for a long while now on my own. I'm a great fan of IF. I started of with 16/8. now on 19/5 and I have lost more cm than weight on the scale(body fat) Then it goes well for a while then I pick up weight and loose interest
    and I kind of keep on track but then the sugar boredom and late night snacking sticks its ears out. I do very well during the day.
    Your video just put me back on track I can surely do this routine. My biggest issue is the craving for sugar and bad foods late night or maybe that is the problem to little sleep? Or insufficient quality or quantity food before bed and I am also not a big eater. sound a mouth full. any advise?

    Thanks for the great video! I’m definitely going to incorporate these into my morning routine. I use my rebounder for 10 min to get my lymph moving. I don’t have Instagram so I can’t ask my question that way but I’m wondering if black tea has the same benefits as black coffee?

    Thank you for this video! I have a question regarding cold showers. From the articles I’ve read research suggests that cold showers or baths are not a good idea if you’re trying to put on muscle because it makes you catabolic. What are your thoughts Ronan? Is it best to take a cold shower at a time that’s not close to your workout time? Or is it best to avoid it all together if you’re trying to put on muscle? Thank you!

    Awesome tips and here is the tricker for me, if I may ask: love the burning fat morning schedule as everybody must feel energized first thing in the morning but in my personal case ( a life of anorexia recoverer :) and trying to postpone this fight or flight feeling for as long as I can throughout the day.. how do I go for gaining this fn weight and keeping it in the healthy window. Once again, thank you for great suggestions!

    I could definitely be more productive; but I do like waking up slowly. I slowly wake up. Then, I get a cup of coffee; go back to my bed, and read a chapter of whatever book I'm reading at the time. I'm considering taking my book outside to read; but I like my time to myself in the mornings. So, I don't know.... we'll see. I find myself delaying exposure to my housemates for as long as I can. I'm addicted to peace and quietude in the mornings; and I don't know if I want to change that.
    I really like the Qi Gong routine. It feels good. I'm going to try to remember to do this and a light workout before I get into the shower every morning. I hate a cold shower; but I'm having some issues in my body that might respond well to that. Perhaps, I should give it a try. I do put an ice cold wash cloth on my face every day after my shower; and it does get rid of inflammation.

    Love the technique, though, say for my case, I'm looking after a critical department, and I couldn't have my phone on Flight Mode, it is a 24-hour operation and If I'm unreachable, operations could stop, which its could impact the countries economy and peoples lives... how do I go about that?

    Sadly I'm trying to change, but since I'm a student I don't have enough time to do full workouts I the morning and shower, and since its ramadan I can't drink water or eat anything till 6. But here is my routine, I wake up nothing special then I go into the bathroom, shower, wash my face, pray then I wear my school uniform and go school, since its ramadan when I come back I pray then sleep bec uts the only way to not break my fast since I'm really dizzy and dehydrated. I then wake up eat my food then study till like 11 or 12. At 12 I play or do wtvr I want, today I worked out since I'm kinda overweight and I hate my body. I stay up till 4 am- 5am so I can eat my suhor so I can fast, pray and go to sleep till 8 am, and school again

    The one that i have a question about is the fasting...ayurveda says that one size does not suit all..:)..the vata dosha people do not do well with 16 hr fasts, they should fast a max of 12-14 hrs...
    Any comments from you on this..?
    And the coffee is with stevia and powder milk..:) is that ok..?
    :) i am slim i am 61 i am female..:)..and i do strength train

      I'm a trained Ayurveda professional... you're correct 1 sz does not fit all. Coffee can be really problematic for some vata individuals. Adding ghee and cinnamon to your cream helps along with taurine supplement. Vatas do better with smaller more frequent meals on a schedule. Smallest meal in the evening to facilitate better digestion. Get rid of the stevia if you can too. Change to a collagen/mct based creamer over milk powder. And shorter fasting time. Technically Ronan isn't fasting from an ayurveda perspective because he's ingesting substances. Once the body takes in anything the body chemistry changes.

    9:34 I think that the priority is not only how you start your day instead how do you finish your day as well.
    Specially, the things that you do 3 hours before bed and the hour that you went to sleep.

    l would make the water more hydrating by slicing fruit, lemons, limes, oranges etc, 3 to 5 slices and leave them in a jug of filtered water overnight ready for the morning. Maybe you think this would interfere with your intermittent fasting? l like your routine though. Three mins cold shower?Wow. Imoressed. l can manage 20 seconds.
