I see a lot of praise for this mod, but personally I feel like it can be better. A lot of scenarios still primarily focus on Kris and seem to completely overlook Noelle's existence, and while I get Noelle can be pretty passive, she should perform more actions than just speaking. I think there's potential with this mod and I wanna see more ambition from the creator including more reactions from characters than just them saying "Kris, Noelle... Kris you have to do this"
yeah, i was fully expecting a gasp when susie pinned kris to the lockers like she does occasionally in chapter 2, when ralsei says how many heroes of light there are he still says 2, another gasp when lancer hits ralsei, the very random appearances of queen, i thought that noelle's paper was for kris or something at first, noelle not going with susie when susie left the cell, and noelle asking about susie makes no sense as she was near her for as long as kris, all of these confused me or took me out of the experience
I think the main issue is that she basically does all of the same dialogue as Ralsei. While they are both similarly "nice" characters, Noelle has a lot more personality. She's not as naïve, she reacts to extreme situations, and she's not afraid to get mean when she needs to. Having her just be a Ralsei clone is a bit shallow.

I would probably add an exchange to the tutorial where Ralsei asks Noelle to try her IceShock spell on the dummy for the same reason as his asking Kris to practice FIGHTing. I’m not sure if Ralsei would mistake Frozen enemies for a non-lethal takedown or say something about how IceShock looks really dangerous.

I feel like this would start to really get off the ground once you add in alternate scenes of her being able to kill the enemies like in chapter 2's snowgrave deal, then that is when things are going to get really interesting.

This mod is nice and all, but now we really need a proper AU, where the profecy talks about a human, two monsters and a prince from the dark, and where the story bends more around Noelle, and her relationships with Susie, Lancer and Ralsei, as we don't see her interact at all in chapter 2
Makes me think about those new game+ in other RPGs where they let you have party members a lot earlier than usual and also alters how some scenes play out.
Man this mod is amazing! Just imagine how much this would change the story of chapter 2! Like the fact that she would already know about the dark world so she probably would already have an idea of what to do next during those events and I could even see her interactions with Birdly changing ever so slightly. Who ever worked on this did such an awesome job!

In terms of concept/base this mod is great, but there is a lot of things it could be improved, from dialogue to cutscenes or scenes, for example noelle would never say "where the hell is ralsei"
Swapping party members around Pokémon-style during a battle is actually SUCH a cool concept. I’d’ve assumed it would’ve been just a modification to the battle system where you can have 4 members out at once, but I would not be mad if the way the mod does it ends up in the final game.
Yeah having a "Back row" is actually a good idea and where I can it see really work is where let's just say you need to swap out someone who would do very poorly in a situation for someone who'd fare much better in that scenario
