How does a judge not know, what they are doing?
Only try four cases, get appointed by Trump, don't recuse yourself when three of your seniors tell you you're in over your head, have no shame and will do anything possible to keep your idol from going to trial.

If the AG has the Authority to appoint a Special Consul it would be an easy thing to show the LAW or the US Code or whatever gives the AG that Authority. It is not a hard thing to show it the Authority exists or not. I think this needs to be sent to the SCOTUS to settle before any more work is done by Smith.
