I always miss these streams so i'm probably a bit late, but in case ben or anyone else who is curious reads through these comments I figured I could try to help a bit. It's really easy to run out of humanity to reverse hollowing but if you have a fire keeper soul you can dupe it (unless it's been patched out which is possible). Duping it should give you some liquid humanity to be able to reverse hollowing and allow you to summon, though I understand if you dont want to just dupe your way through the game, it can be a good safety net to make sure you always have the humanity to become human in a pinch. The old method was far easier but the new meathod takes a bit of practice, but bulldozing to the church to get a firekeeper soul to practice with doesn't take long.
I feel like Barbara Pis would be good friends with The Final Pam.

I have never once had a dark spirit invade me in dark souls who gas done anything other than run up and beat the shit out of me. The pvp is literally the worst part of the game.
