CS AMIT VOHRA LAW CLASSES @ sir jin cases me exception of natural justice k according authority ne decision liya ho nd court held that decision was right but un cases me defendent ko apne defence ki opportunity di jaegi ya nhi at the time of hearing in court or tribunal ??
CS AMIT VOHRA LAW CLASSES @ sir exception of natural justice is applied on interim disciplinary actions as the case u told and in the exception of academic evaluation it is written that ye exception disciplinary matters pe apply nhi hoti what is the difference between both ??? plz reply
