Fantasy basketball nerds that want to see a lot of iso scoring can’t believe it doesn’t work. Anyone with a grasp of basketball fundamentals that isn’t misguided by this fallacy of “positionless basketball” can see it doesn’t work. Trying to turn good scorers into facilitators just takes way from the strengths of their game and they don’t look comfortable at all, and neither does the rest of the team since they’re all watching them iso while not being directed to doing anything. Wolves don’t even have to expend that much energy on defense when the ball doesn’t move and one of KD Booker or Beal always think they can beat the defense single handedly whenever they touch the ball.

The problem is KD is unable to control the momentum of the game because Booker is not smart about his shot and handling choices. First of all KD is way better than Booker in every department of the game yet booker handles and takes shots twice as much as KD . How does that make sense ? The game is being played under the construct of Bookers IQ instead of KD and its funny how the fans and management has tolerated that bs . KD is a humble guy who's not trying to take over anyone's reign but thats the job of management and coach to figure out who's steering the whip . Just as LeBron took over Miami after the first year thus how the suns were supposed to make a transition for KD to control the court. I'm a 40+ year Suns fan who went to games with my Dad in the early 70's and watch Paul Westphal, Sweet D, Larry Nance, Kyle Macy, and the list goes on. This team is flawed and the lack of cohesion and effort by far the worst I have ever seen in the purple and orange. Each of the SMALL 3 in their own right is a good/great player, but together they are worst that horrible. How about I say "horrendous". Out of all 3 (and I don't mean to compare, but since someBODIES have to go) I'd say the least of the 3 (no disrespect Beal) has been the most willing to adjust and brings it every game. The fact that he has a "No Trade-Clause" and the Suns being in the 2nd apron of Max Cap-space, in order to make this team relevant again (I can't believe I am even saying this given we had Jae Crowder, the Twins, Cam Payne, Ayton, and Most Importantly our Culture-Changer Point Gawd CP3) Book and KD will have to go. Truth be told, you really can't keep either given the roster construction and financial issues. Brad is a true Shooting Guard, so we need to use one of our most valuable trade assets to get a primed PG. I've said it before, I would use KD (4 yrs $194M) in a trade to get Ja Morant (5yrs $197M) and a boat load of picks... Id trade Devin Booker (4 yrs $228M) to Houston for Jalen Green (4yr $40M), Jabari Smith Jr (4yrs $40M), Dillon Brooks (4yr 80M), and resign Isaiah Thomas as your back up PG... We would still need to address the center position and find a trade partner for Nurk and Damien Lee as we lack athleticism at the rim. I truly believe keeping Bol Bol and letting him grow into the teams PF with his length he should be able to offset the opponents power/strength. Lastly, if we could steal Joathan Issac away from Orlando, we would have rebuilt our entire roster with youth and DAWGS. AGAIN, nothing happens until KD and BOOK get traded. I surely hope we don't go into next season with the same roster, and expect a different result.
