Miley’s Dad was actually the first celebrity I ever met! I was prob around 10 years old and my dad brought me, my brother, and mom on a business trip with him to Santa Monica so we could see LA.. One of those days my dad was working my mom took me and my brother to one of the Piers and Miley was having a Hannah Montana concert there in a few hours. When we were leaving the pier and cutting through the parking lot.. we pass Billy Ray coming out of one of the trailers! I didn’t know who he was but he must have noticed the shocked look on my moms face and was like “hey how yall doing? Nice day for the pier huh?” He was super nice and chatted with us for a few minutes.. until a hoard of paparazzi setting up to see Miley noticed him and we got pushed out of the way by them😂
