I think the English translation also just works really well for showing people Bossa Nova for the first time since the lyrics hit differently when you can understand them. I played the Spanish translation while my cousin was in the car and she didn’t care very much, then the English translation 1 month later and she loved it

This song is challenging, because all of the lyrics are phrases, seemingly disjointed. So, it is important to look behind and in between the words at those things that are implied and unspoken (as a person would do who speaks Japanese and wants to know the true heart of the speaker). Mr. Garfunkel's voice is excellent. I wish him well wish his future endeavors.
