is the 1.5 for the multiplier in inches or centimeters? I mean 1.5 inches or centimeters? Because I calculated 1.5 inches, and it makes "b" more than 10 meters. So I was wondering if I got something wrong...
It's neither. It's more like a percentage. So it's the waist measurement times the multiplier. That would make a 112,5 cm wide (75cm (waist) x 1.5 = 112,5 (excl. seam allowance)) and b 168,75cm (112,5 x 1.5 = 168,75 (excl. seam allowance)).
