lapogne36 (TASer) I genuinely thank you from the bottom of my heart . Watching your playthough it seems cleared this nightmare out of me. It haunting me years since I played this bullcrap as a 7-year old kid.
It's heart and soul throughout this game. The animations are incredible, especially for the time. Everything just feels alive. You'll certainly feel alive given just how dangerous everything is. Really interesting game.
HEART OF DARKNESS! YES! I must have dropped a couple of hundred bucks on this game back in the day renting it from a local mom n pop video store. It always surprised me just how violent the deaths were in this game.
This is a brilliant game! What a classic! The music! The graphics! I just purchased a copy of this from eBay with the original box, manual and goggles too.
step 1 : Make a game with cute visuals starring a boy and his dog on the cover. step 2 : make it E rated somehow. Now 80% of your sales will be from parent who bought it for their 7 years old. step 3 : make it so fucking HARD that no child can reasonably survive even the 2nd level step 4 : Power your experimental reactor with their tears and become the world overlord
@@KopperNeoman Geez, no need to be aggressive over a 2 year old comment. TAS tools for PC already exist albeit flimsy and usually requires Linux with Wine and hourglass. There is a PC version of hourglass but I've heard mixed results from it. Really the biggest time save is on the loading screens alone, we're not missing out on any big strategies here.
Reminder: this game has some pretty gruesome death scenes... and was rated E.
No worry!!!
The death scenes are "cartoon graphics". :V
I was scared about playing that game in the night x).
this is probably one of, if not the most disturbing e rated game in existence
the upper body strength on this kid is superhuman

I knew this looked familiar. :-)

The loading screen makes me dance!
This was my nightmare fuel, also didn’t this game have multiple disks? How’s that work?
The emulator used, BizHawk, supports disk swapping at desired frame.

I played it when I was 12, and could finish it on normal. And it did not traumatize me. THAT much.
I've never heard of this game before. It looks sort of like out of this world (gameplay wise) which is pretty cool!
Its pretty, but its HARD
Both game were made by Eric Chahi!
Am I the only one as a kid who used to hold my breath during swim scenes ?
Nice!!!!! A Classic!
I love when Andy dies to the wall worms on this game
I'm here to rescue my fucking dog! No time for bullshit
When some mf kidnapped Whisky again
sounds amazong on dolby atmos
Very good.
Why dying at 14:25? Anyway awesome game and great run, optimal for a quick trip down memory lane with no nightmares
when die skipping cutscene so quickly
I have a heart full of darkness..
[Your Edge level has increased]
E rating before everybody pussed up. This kid was a crossfit gawd, meanwhile you couldnt do 10 consecutive push-ups without getting offended.
3:35 HAHAHHA
Why did you take the death at 23:30?
+1 can't see a benefit
3:37 lololol
This kids gone bezerk lol
Could possibly shave a lot of time if they used the PC version.
