- We managed to sneak away for a few days and found some rust, lots of lead shot and a very nice gold nugget. You have to love the Golden Triangle. #golden triangle #prospecting victoria #find gold nuggets

Hi outback109, Looks like its stinking hot in Laverton today - 38 degrees and storms! We are in the planning stage for a huge year next year covering WA and QLD! We are upgrading our vehicle and caravan with plans to head off early March. Can't wait! May see you in Laverton!

I hope your keeping all that lead ready for a big melt up one day lol The Vic GT is king of the lead scene, apparently it was a custom in the evening sunset to put a shot up into the air to let everyone know the claim was being worked and protected. So they say hmmm I think also likely trying to get some tucker as well, possy's or wallabies etc
Thanks Mark, we do love the GT. I'm just astounded with the amount of lead down deep in what is meant to be a "flogged" area. 😂
